This man-made archipelago is another glittering tribute to the architectural marvels of Dubai. Home to a host of up-market shopping malls and luxury beach resorts, the Palm Jumeirah is connected to the mainland by a 6-lane highway bridge.

3. Burj Al Arab

The fourth tallest hotel int he world, the Burj Al Arab stand out in the Dubai skyline because of its iconic design. The shape of the structure was made to mimic the open sail of a ship and was designed by architect Tom Wright.  

4. Atlantis, The Palm

Atlantis, The Palm is much more than just a hotel. Its architecture is a unique amalgamation of Arabian elements along with the theme of the lost city of Atlantis, on which the hotel is based. Its architecutre also boasts of a giant aquarium inside the hotel, a water park and a Royal Bridge Suite that links the East and the West Tower.
