One of the most economical ways of getting to Alleppey is by train. The nearest railway station to Alleppey is Cochin. Given below is the return train fare to Cochin from various Indian cities:

Delhi to Cochin: Rs. 2,000

Mumbai to Cochin: Rs. 1,400

Kolkata to Cochin: Rs. 1,700

Bangalore to Cochin: Rs. 800

Bus to Alleppey: Alleppey is at a distance of 58 kilometres from Cochin and takes an hour by road. The best way to get to Alleppey from Cochin is by bus. A return bus ticket from Cochin to Alleppey would cost you roughly Rs. 200.
