Hermitage Resort @ Mall Road

We stayed here during last week of October. First let me list The Best things - Kanchenjunga view from Room 👍👍👍 Best View room on ground Floor and -1 level (we stayed here) 3-4 minutes walk max. from cab drop/pickup point, Mall Road/ Obverservatory hill view point/ Mahakaal Mandir, Bhanu bhavan/ Raj Bhavan at walking distance. Staff is very polite/Helpful Big Clean n cosy Rooms/washrooms with geysers. These were the things which made me very happy with my Hermitage Resort @ Mall Road booking, I am very satisfied with my stay over there. However these r some points which can be improved. we stayed at Victoria Canvas on -1 level, it had a wardrobe under TV cabinet. However we missed a full height wardrobe/cupboard. Sofa seats needs maintenance, not comfortable at all 😂 Loose connection in electrical sockets, so we ended up bothering the staff Roof top restaurant wasn't operational, may be due to less crowd but would have been awesome if open. You need to mention at reception n keep keys with them if you need room cleaning, Food needs improvisation

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The view one gets from the room for this property is the best , not even available from the 5 starred properties. Food is average, but they were really courteous to provide us with all the options since we were travelling with our 4 year old. All the basic amenities are available to support a comfortable stay in the month of December. The staff are so loveable that you would not like to complain if you have any. They were always available with a smile. Loved our stay.

The property location along with the staffs are very polite and smiling, very hospitable. But one should get the rooms near to the lobby otherwise it's like trekking down 3 floors down to your room if it's on the 3rd floor down. Only suggestion if you look at similar priced other properties they need to increase their breakfast spread and also add more varieties a bit. It had been otherwise a lovely stay and a comfortable one. Thanks

every bed room has got a mountain 🏔️ facing wide window ....this is the best place for guest who wish to have a sight of magnificent kanchanjangha , sitting at the comfort of their bed room..... staffs were also very friendly.. pics taken from the bedroom..... you get an excellent view of the mountain from your bedroom on a lovely sunny day

It was a very pleasant stay at Hermitage Resort. All amenities provided were as per the contract and also extra amenities provided on chargeable basis were working perfectly. The best part was the mesmerizing view of the mighty snow capped Kanchenjunga from the window each time with different varieties. Thanks for providing such a nice stay

The property’s location is so amazing. From every room, you can lie down on your bed and watch the kanchenzunga. The staff team is always smiling and ready to help. This is my second time stay here. The first time i stayed here, i decided that i am going to come back here again.

Property is very good, location and ambiance is awesome. All the staffs are very friendly. Only concern area that can be easily fixed is wash room since all the water taps are not working

Excellent stay at Hermitage resort. The property itself is beautiful and service is also very good. My kid enjoyed the stay and food quality of the restaurant was good. This was our second time at Hermitage.

Location, View, services are very good. Rooms, Toilets, beds are clean. Room services are fast.Mall road approx 5 -7 mins.

overall good stay. You will get the best Kanchanjanga View from every room here. Prefer to Stay at Lobby level or level -1. The staffs are nice. Specifically Anand from Restaurant incharge makes sure of every service as per our preference.

Great view from the Hermitage Resort @ Mall Road room. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour are excellent. Overall experience was very good.

Beautiful view. Amazing rooms. Best stay at darjeeling. All of the rooms have mountain views. 2-3 mins walk from mall road and it's just beside the raj bhawan. You'll be getting breath taking vire from here. The room service is also great.
