Hotel Kanha Shyam

Was visiting prayagraj for the first time and was unsure of which Hotel Kanha Shyam to stay in. Kanha shyam fortunately turned out to be an excellent choice. Located in the lovely civil lines area, it is close to good eateries and shops as well as places like anand bhavan, the high court and the railway station. The airport takes about 40 minutes by car. The complimentary breakfast at the patio was sumptuous and offered good variety. The Hotel Kanha Shyam shows age, but is clean, well-maintained and is quite comfortable by any standard. The staff are professional, well-trained and keen-to-please, especially at check-in and more so at the patio restaurant. I had a happy, albeit short, stay at kanha shyam.

The Hotel Kanha Shyam is centrally located on civil lines about 30-35 mins from the airport and right next to prayagraj railway station. The Hotel Kanha Shyam itself is good condition, aesthetically designed and has a welcoming allure. The rooms (we stayed in deluxe) were very spacious ans clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had a lot (and odd) of requests which they helped us with promptly. The breakfast spread is limited, but good with taste and quality. The ala carte menu is good as well. Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant and would definitely stay here on our next trip as well.

Superb unexpected 5 star experience in prayagraj. Smooth check in, good deluxe room on the top floor, excellent buffet breakfast spread. Everything in the room worked and all amenities were good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is very polite and the patio coffee shop has a really good multi cuisine menu catering for all tastes. Would recommend to all who are looking for a branded Hotel Kanha Shyam experience in prayagraj. No thanks

Property’s location is awesome. Write on the main road having all facilities, transport well connected. Food has always been awesome since this is my 3rd stay at the Hotel Kanha Shyam! I am a fan of the Indian cuisine served at the Hotel Kanha Shyam. Hotel has decent amenities, and services! Staff are really helpful and attentive! An extra tip will further ensure your kingly experience ;) 😊

Stay was good and comfortable. The bed is good and cozy and the rooms are clean. Toiletries on offer is good and of good quality. We had dinner and drinks and the food was good. Breakfast spread is good and staff is attentive. Location is its main advantage. You have shopping and good food options at walking distance from the Hotel Kanha Shyam. All n all a good relaxing experience

Comfortable stay. Was allocated the newer refurbished rooms. Smaller than before but everything was new and clean. Staff was helpful. The buffet options are limited so we stuck to a la carte but the food was well made and we liked all that we ordered (veg and non veg. Close to most amenities being on the main road but thankfully it's not noisy and is peaceful.

Whereas I had booked two Chamber Rooms but were not provided these. Rooms given to us were Room Nos 801 & 811. They were not as per the pictures posted on the Net. They were the lower class Rooms. They had No reason for giving lower class Rooms. They have also not given the refund between Chamber class rooms wherein I had paid and the Rooms actually provided,

It’s a good and clean Hotel Kanha Shyam with medium facilities. The food was good and ambiance and service ok. The prices of the rooms are very high compared to the facilities provided. Spa is just ok and saloon also just ok. For this pricing the service and amenities should be higher. However had a pleasant stay. Will recommend this Hotel Kanha Shyam

Very comfortable Hotel Kanha Shyam and centrally located. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Hotel is in good shape, food quality and quantity both r good room was spacious and clean though it is 4 star but it feels like 5 star

Located in the vicinity of prayagraj railway station (1 km. Food is awesome. Must try - dum ghost biryani, corn chowder soup & khajoor ki kheer.

Stay was nice. Services were good. Cleanliness was great. Only issue was Hotel Kanha Shyam management didn’t allowed autos in campus even for drop and pick.

It was overall good experience compared to city like prayagraj, location is main advantage for this Hotel Kanha Shyam. Its not like any new age 4 or 5 star Hotel Kanha Shyam, it has its own unique aura and you will enjoy it

Hotel is best in prayag, but front desk staff was no cooperative and not answering properly over all unprofessional behaviour management should and must have to keep this in mind

A nice and centrally located Hotel Kanha Shyam with clean and big rooms. Nice spread at the morning breakfast.
