Rate was too high and room was below average for that rate. There is not much difference in standard room and our room. Charged exact double.

The stay was nice but the attitude of reception staffs was not that pleasing

There is value for money. The staff is friendly and courteous. Fairly clean. But don't expect anything more. A decent hotel if you are on a budget in the middle of the city and in the middle of a office complex.

Room was ok. Bathroom was too small. There was only one bath towel and no face or hand towel. Also, there was no toilet paper.

Location is good , close to the market area. But the hospitality is not up to the mark. The room service is poor , no one attends the phone for room service . The room AC remote dosnt work and there was no response from the team .

Good and clean rooms with good variety of breakfast. Enjoyed the stay and will recommend to other travellers.

We booked it in the last moment during our travel. It was an excellent stay at marina with neat and clean rooms and bathrooms

Hotel was staying middle of the town, very poor hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was really good rooms are old one full of dust and dirt on cot and side walls. Bathroom was average we need to contact them for water bottle towel and all. No dental kit found we will get so many other options in calicut with better facilities eg: keys, manuelsons malabar palace,

3 people stayed as booking. But they gave just one bottle of water as complimentary. When asked they were arguing. Nonsense hotel.

Average service and food.

The stay was good. Food is bit expensive but taste was good. Near to the city.

The experience was superb...food was good but a bit on the expensive side. The room service was excellent 👌. Room was a little bit smaller but served the purpose..overall a pleasant experience

Location was good but the amenities provided was very bad. We checked in at 6pm in the evening on 29th to a deluxe room with double occupancy. To our surprise found the bed sheets ask looking filthy and uncleaned. It was smelling moist. No room freshener was used to remove the stinc. Only one bath towel was provided with no hand towels and toilet tissue paper. No napkins or tissue papers were provided in the room. Telivision had no channels worth watching. I had to request for everything. It was a very bad experience and never will i recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately the room service and hose keeping was good. They provided is with the necessary stuff. Please escalate this issue to the hotel management without fail. Thank you. Vasantha mohandass

Toilet & washroom were not clean. Walls of the room were broken. Change the room, no towel and tv in that room.

I am a regular at hotel marina residency and choose the same for its location. It is also backed by a very courteous staff and excellent service. Food quality is good.

Stay was very good. Restaurant breakfast was good however dinner was a very average with limited options

I found this hotel on mmt. This was my 2nd stay in this hotel. The hotel staff is cordial and were available whenever i required anything. Room service was apt as well. I had a comfortable stay.

Overall a superb stay. I stayed in room no:605. Amenities provided were good. I didn't get wifi during my stay as i was informed that it is under maintenance. Apart from that, all other facilities were good and i'll give a triple thumbs up for my experience at this hotel! very much recommended.
