Some features i liked: room decoration, bed, toilet, interior lighting and other features. Complimentary breakfast was good, however, more non veg items like boiled egg/omlette and sausage should be added. The staffs managing the breakfast were well mannered and provided boiled egg on request. The restaurant ambiance was perfect. The foods were tasty and the staffs were very well mannered. However, the room cleaning was not done regularly and the reception staffs' behavior were okay but not much helping. At the time of leaving, i did not get any help from the Hotel The Mandarin staffs in helping with the luggage from room to lobby. Overall, my stay in mandarin was fine, but i find that it is little overpriced. Thank you.

It was a matter of great satisfaction to stay in the Hotel The Mandarin. Most cooperative and well behaved punctual staff aim at customer satisfaction. Reception, room service and cleanliness are praiseworthy. Management is organised to ensure great customer satisfaction. I must recommend to choose this Hotel The Mandarin for all category of visitors. It has a beautiful Banquet Hall and most appreciable for party. Dishes prepared by the chef are of great taste and hygienic. The staff engaged are of high integrity. I am thankful to staff there. Hope the management to keep the quality services on and wish to see the Hotel The Mandarin up to international standard.

My stay in Hotel The Mandarin NiiKi was amazing. well furnished room with all amenities. Room service and response is excellent. Staff are always vigilant to ensure better service to guests. I think this is the best that you can get in Sambalpur. I have book deluxe room and it was OK. (From Picture my expectation was that Hotel The Mandarin room will be big and it was not same). Food was good, Service in this Hotel The Mandarin is very slow - it took almost 2 hours to complete dinner in Hotel The Mandarin. Overall quality was good. Also it was good to see that Hotel The Mandarin has provided an good opportunity to women employment. Services was good.

I made the booking through Make My Trip but they provided me invoice copy for just Rs. 2777/- for deluxe room while MMT voucher is for Rs. 3658/-. The reception staff were not trained to deal with online bookings through MMT. They have messed up the issue of issuing the GST invoice for this booking. Apparently MMT had cheated us charging more than that the Hotel The Mandarin collects from customers for direct bookings.

Good Hotel The Mandarin, worth staying for a short trip to sambalpur. Food served is homely. Sanitation of the rooms and corridors are good. Staff behavior is excellent. Location of Hotel The Mandarin is very convenient to access for outsiders. In case of overstay the counter staff should cooperate the guest in guiding them regarding the safe storage of luggages after vacating the room.

I stayed in the standard AC room. Room was very basic and with not much facilities - there was not even a kettle in the room. The good thing was that the room was spacious and clean. May be other higher priced rooms are better but I didn't check. The service at Hotel The Mandarin is great and food is also good. Its a good place to stay for business purpose as well as family outings.

The ambience of the Hotel The Mandarin is quite surprisingly good. Honestly, I did not expect the kind of look in a Hotel The Mandarin in Sambalpur. Service too was pretty good, food that we ordered for the dinner was good. However, at the breakfast they have a very few options for food. No fruit juices, restaurant looks very low class and service at the restaurant was quite sloppy.

Location is vary good approximately middle of the town. Easy procedure to check in and check out. Room are vary nice and also service is nice. All staff are cooperative. Ceanliness is so good. Morning complementary breakfast is nice.

Comparison to other Hotels available in Sambalpur, Niiki's facilities are far better. With a discounted prices at Makemytrip its wroth to choose this Hotel. Major benefits are 24 hr check out and a solid breakfast with little costly food items. Will be recommending for this Hotel.

It was a really pleasant stay. The staffs are very decent and co-operative and services are quite impressive.

Value for money, with excellent hospitality, cleans room and premisses, good comfortable room for business trip for single occupancy, food quality is good, staffs are very well mannered, complementary breakfast has good variety! Only cons will be the food prices are too high.
