Hotel Silicrest

The Hotel Silicrest was in a good location on the main road itself near by Atm for any cash requirement, coffee shops, malls for shopping in walkable distance, bus/cab/auto facilities from main Road. Rooms were daily cleaned, A/c was good in room, free Wifi with decent speed. Staff always available and helpful. Food at their Silsilla restaurant was also good apart from complimentary Breakfast. Sound of vehicles moving could disturb incase room facing road side. But sound would reduce during late night till morning which would enable you to sleep well. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a great stay here and would again stay if required. Got a good deal through Makemytrip for the room rates. Only Request to Hotel Silicrest management is to inform the customer one day prior on what time would be expected check-out on their last day and if they are extending their stay. We were asked to vacate on 4th may early morning 7 AM but we wanted to extend till 4th May late evening and ready to pay. Could have checked with us if we were ready to extend and pay extra, instead of asking us to vacate immediately. However Reception person was kind enough to extend our stay post my confirmation and payment which could have been handled better. Overall wonderful stay and my wife and kid enjoyed it.

I booked this Hotel Silicrest online through Makemytrip because of heavy work load, I was not aware of type of room, actually it was standard but given a deluxe room. I was informed about this on phone after 2 hours, no issues at all, I was ready to pay due amount, room was in reasonably good condition but after two days, whole night I was awake (though I was horribly tired), reason No AC, no fan and fan was installed at 5AM, actually AC was working only for half of the time for first 4 days. Please convince me why should I pay my due amount? One Kannad guy (Prasad)is really supporting and should be promoted, overall my experience is good only. In future my many family members, my teachers and friends will come, of course this Hotel Silicrest is in budget, so please better your services.

The Hotel Silicrest was located at place which was easily accessible. The room was very clean and well maintained. The best part of the Hotel Silicrest is the service provided, which not only timely but also courteous. The food service is very good along with the food taste. The room service was very prompt and provided us a very relaxed stay. The morning complementary break-fast provided was like the icing on the cake as it provided an assorted range of north, english and south-indian breakfast. All needed accessories were provided and the process of check-in and check-out was smooth. I would recommend this Hotel Silicrest to all as it is a good value for money. I would love to come back and stay here again.

Overall, this Hotel Silicrest has the best location, and is good for business travelers or even young couples, not so much for family with young kids. We stayed here with young kids for four days. Standard rooms are too small for a family with young kids. Manager upgraded us to Deluxe room after discussion with Makemytrip staff. Deluxe room is bigger room and has a street view window that together with TV kept the kids occupied during the day. Service was decent. Breakfast was good and the ambience was nice at the Silsila Hotel Silicrest in the top floor. Overall, decent stay after the upgraded room.

It's located just off M G Road, the business area of Bangalore. All facilities like shops, Malls and restaurants are in vicinity. Prompt room service with good quality of home made food. Room was pretty clean I have ever seen. All facilities like Fridge, AC, Geyser were perfectly in working condition. Staff were cooperative. It's a feeling of Home away from Home.

The Hotel Silicrest has a poor WiFi connection a major concern as a business traveller. The charging points in room are not easily accessible if one in on the bed. The rooms have a particular sliminess on floor. I could not figure out what it is. They should have clean my room tags so whenever the guest wants he can have is room cleaned. A bit claustrophobic.

I stayed for a night here. The room given to me was quite small and also the lighting in the room is so faint that I had to request for a table lamp to light up the front portion of the room. Toiletries were provided but bathroom is also quite small. Food is of good quality, breakfast also quite good. An overall ok/good stay.

The reception staff have bee extremely helpful polite and courteous. They kept calling to check if we would reach the Hotel Silicrest on time. I had forgotten my watch in the room. They called to inform the same and kept it safely Until my friend picked it up and kept following up until the person reached.

Hotel is good neat and clean. Rooms are small.

My recent stay in Silicrest Hotel Silicrest, Location was in center of the city and easily accessible to go anywhere in the city, breakfast was OK. Room was well maintained. WiFi was provided with the good speed. Worth staying in the Hotel Silicrest.

I am staying in the same Hotel Silicrest from last 4 years They know what user experience they know me in person now I feel like home They are real nice people there One should really stay and experience It is in hub if Bangalore and close to all major possible routes.

The Hotel Silicrest was very neat and clean and staff were supportive too but i got my room late since it was not prepared before.

Whenever I will come Bangalore, I will stay in this Hotel Silicrest. I don't want to go anywhere else. Thanks to all staffs of Hotel Silicrest.

Rooms are average. Corridors are dark. Staff very helpful. Cleanliness good. Space inadequate.
