IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brand

Situated near the pune airport. Located at a very convenient place beside all other big IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brands like hyatt, novotel on the main road. The rooms are relatively small and the bathrooms are a bit unique here. The bathrooms are like small pods, look different but cute. The room had everything required for a solo traveller or a couple to stay for a night or two. Electric kettle, locker, cupboard, writing table and chair, a window, 2 bed side tables, a television with dish connection. Ideal for business travellers and couples. Difficult to accommodate a kid on the queen bed with both parents. So you can consider booking two rooms instead. The air conditioning is good too. The breakfast spread was good and the service was prompt. The reception staffs were efficient.

I had an excellent stay for 03 nights from 29 Oct 23 as a part my corporate booking through MMT. I'm saying this because of following: 1. very polite, courteous and helpful staff serving with a smile always. Be it reception, Restaurant or in room dining service. 2. Rooms are optimised to meet a comfortable stay and hv a nice view through glass window. 3. ventilation/ air conditioning is maintained at comfort level. 4. pick up and drop service to airport is an added plus point, even sometimes complimentary. 5. Food in restaurant is tasty though there is a limited choice compared to other similar IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brands in पुणे. Signing off with these remarks for today. Jai Hind

Room area, cleanlinessand related amenities were of good standard restaurant visit did prove that the food preparation, service, and ambiance are well cared and thoughtfully supported by persons aware of a good customer satisfaction. A minor safety observation. 1. Toaster power cord plug fixing is required. Room bath drain floods too quickly and spreads to dry area. No hesitation to stay if to visit again and would recommend as a good option

The overall experience was good. The stay was very cozy, special mention to all the house keeping staff, they strive to give a very good stay experience. The points of improvement are the laundry is not provided on the same day and neither they provide the shirts on hanger. Also the food options for buffet dinner has to be improved. The restaurant doesnt have buffet dinner on a regular interval.

I am a regular visitor at ibis and it’s one of the best IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brand to stay. Staff is very polite and supportive. Really enjoyed my stay every time i stayed. Looking forward for yet another beautiful stay. Just a suggestion make some good offer on f& b so that we will not go out to eat or drink. Thank you for the hospitality

Staying at IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brand ibis viman nagar pune was indeed a pleasant experience. This is first time coming to pune, and the staff made our stay very very comfortable & safe. From security, reception to house keeping was just excellent and always there to help. Thank you for your hospitality.

My wife and i stayed for two days to settle our engineering student daughter in pune. The stay was comfortable, the staff very courteous and professional. The tariff included with breakfast is the one we chose and is recommended. Thanks to all the people of ibis accor, pune for making the experience memorable.

Clean IBIS Pune Viman Nagar - An Accor Brand and well maintained except fridge was on but later realized wasn’t cooling and stuff got spoiled. Although porter service not available obliged and helped out as had a senior citizen and small kid along with lot of luggage which was considerate. Breakfast is good

Visited pune for a couple of days for an event, the stay at ibis was very comfortable, very well laid out bathroom, comfortable beds. The staff at the reception was very friendly.

My stay was very comfortable as the room was very well equipped. The buffet next morning too was very sumptuous, delicious with lots of variety. The staff was pleasant and courteous.

Room was good, food was fine. Servuces were fine. Queries were addressed well. Overall it was good.

Overall good place to stay. Rooms are a bit compact but good. Washroom should be better. As there is no exhaust in washroom it gives a damp smell.

Hotel interior was awesome. Chinese and hygiene was excellent. Check-in experience was good. Good parking space.
