We, a German couple, stayed there two times. The rooms we can only recommend. The beds have a high quality (European standard) and the rooms are modern and nice to stay in. The food was good too. But the service of the Metro Park Inn is really bad. When we ordered a taxi for the next morning, it did not come. The receptionist was often absent early in the morning and did not hurry. One night the highest floor was renovated until 1am! When we complained about the noise, the receptionist said that he would solve the problem but did not even after a second request from our side. Again he said he would solve the problem but did not. But still we would stay there again because of the modern rooms and comfortable bed.

Opted for this Metro Park Inn through MakeMyTrip Metro Park Inn listing with some reservation. Once I reached there I found all my apprehensions baseless. The Metro Park Inn is quite conveniently situated. The facade is nice. I had opted for a Club Room which had a pretty nice decor. Room was clean and service was good. The food was good quality. I personally would like to come back to this Metro Park Inn again.

The Metro Park Inn is an extremely customer oriented institution and service was perfect. Very convenient location. Catering service was just perfect. Rooms were maintained clean and the surroundings were hygienic. We felt that we got full value for our money. Any day, I will happily refer this Metro Park Inn to my friends and relatives for their stay at Coimbatore.

The location of the Metro Park Inn is best. The room needs some pest control. Lots of small cockroaches. I generally prefer room to be airier and with some bright light but the lighting were just ok. It has a barbeque nation in the same building and a bar also. Nearby to Townhall market and rail Station.

Metro Park Inn is located in the heart of the city on the Main Road with ample conveyances to anywhere in the city. Quality of the rooms are very good supported by good room service. The quality of the food served by the restaurant and the coffee shop is excellent catering to all kinds of taste.

Good but not worth for the cost! In washroom the comb cover only placed but not comb! Washroom having cigarette smoke smell! Checkout the room I stayed! I shifted to two rooms and finally got the 3rd room so didn’t remember the room no. Overall average but improve those to perfection!

It was a pleasant stay here with my family. The staff is co-operative. Clean and hygiene rooms. Only the bathroom fixtures need some care as there is wastage of water. Room service needs to upgrade in terms of communication and clarity. Overall service is good.

I have visited Coimbatore Metro Park. I booked Metro Park Inn in make my trip app. I gave a special request as early check in but in Metro Park Inn they charged me extra but in app it mentioned less . Other than that the stay was good and good location.

I came to Coimbatore for work and stayed in club room. My stay was quite comfortable. As I have to leave at 2 AM, couldn't utilised the breakfast however evening snacks I ordered was good and sent to my room in quick time. Location was convenient also.
