SAJ Earth Resort & Convention Center, Kochi

Hotel was very good and peaceful to stay but the staff behavior mainly the receptionist a Christiana behavior to room guest and showed here rude and worst behavior to the person's who came to visit the guest in room. we have visited many Star hotels but this type of staff behavior we have not seen before. But from Our side our main allegations is on the receptionist Christiana but other than Christiana all other staff in the resorts are behaved friendly and a humble submission from our side is kindly change the receptionist Christiana it is good for you and the saj resort also... Thank you

I recently stayed at this resort expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in a few important areas. The washroom was not cleaned properly, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The resort itself also feels very old and not well maintained — it definitely needs some renovation and proper upkeep. The staff were polite and the surroundings were nice, but cleanliness and maintenance are very important for a comfortable stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall hygiene and upkeep of the property

Good property But the swimming pool was under construction & the buffet was not there on the second day of breakfast....rest everything was awesome

The stain search was excellent. Excellent and the team was so supportive and hospitality was also very good, and I would like to talk each of the team Team members there, and the only disappointing part is that the swimming pool was not working not functioning as due to some maintenance, but at the time of booking, I didn't know that only after the booking, I came to know that The swimming pool is not working, so it was so disappointing because the property is mainly highlighted with a swimming pool facility, so that is one of the disappointment point that I got from Saj. Other than this resort was a fantastic place to stay calm and quiet place, and the food is especially the one thing I should definitely mention the food was awesome. The taste presentation, their hospitality. The restaurant team was great.

room is not cleaned,fungus on every furniture i cannot consider this as 5 star hotel very bad experience

The property, landscape, views, food, hospitality, smiles all are great, but some rooms are old. when I was staying my room ac wasn't cooling. and rooms didn't have any floor mats to wipe wet legs . apart from that rooms were lil old pricing is lil high apart from that it's all good I will surely come back.

The stay was way better than expected. The property looks exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises, only delights! The swimming pool is unique, the gym is fully equipped, and the recreation area and rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort. The food deserves a special mention—absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the hospitality. Right from the security at the gate to every staff member, all welcomed us with warm smiles and a pleasant attitude that made the experience truly memorable. Overall, a wonderful blend of comfort, facilities, and service. Will surely be back!

One of the Best ambience and hospitality one can ever get within the Kochi city, very reasonable prices and very good food. The swimming pool was very neat and the rooms are also very spacious as well as neat.

SAJ Earth Resort in Kochi has an excellent swimming pool that's a highlight of the hotel. Stay was wonderful....staff is polite and cooperative.....food was good....rooms were neat and clean....inroom dining was good....everything is fabulous.

This property from make my trip, and it was a great experience and enjoyed the property. Nice pool and the food are amazing.

Property was just okay not as shown in the pictures. Ac was not working. Shifted to another room there fan was not working. Overall terrible experience.

The main attraction of this stay was the Privacy of the swimming pool. I would also like to commend the chef for wonderful food.

We stayed there on feb 14/2025. Big property in good loaction, extra large swimming pool is the main attaction. Service was also good. One negative thing was some guests staying in near by rooms were drinking and talking loudly on the coridoor in front of my room, even past 1 am on that night.caused some disturbance to our sleep
