I had the pleasure of staying at Taj Mahal, Lucknow, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a touch of Nawabi elegance. The ambiance perfectly blends traditional Awadhi charm with modern luxury. The architecture, décor, and attention to detail make it a beautiful retreat in the heart of Lucknow. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning views of the city or lush gardens. Every comfort is thoughtfully taken care of, from plush bedding to modern amenities. The food is a highlight! Their restaurants, especially Oudhyana, serve authentic Awadhi cuisine that is simply divine. The kebabs and biryanis are a must-try. The breakfast spread is also elaborate, with a mix of Indian and continental delicacies. The service is impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, always greeting you with a smile and ensuring all your needs are met. The facilities are top-notch, with a well-maintained swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. The lush gardens and peaceful ambiance add to the charm of the place. Taj mahal, lucknow is my all time fave to stay at whenever i visit lucknow. The staff is extremely well mannered and courteous. Monica and shraddha have always extended more hospitality and warmth which makes the overall experience even more comfortable. Vivek, the duty manager is very polite, anil from house keeping always has a smile on his face which is pleasant to see. Ranjeet is an extremely passionate about his work and makes sure no stone is left unturned for the guest to experience top notch taj experience. Overall a 15/10 from me. Not to forget the security staff always makes sure they greetings you when you arrive. Um a is one of the security lady there, she never fails to smile and welcome me with a warm heart.

Great Property, Excellent food and Wonderful Service All-around.. The property is well located in central Lucknow in a posh location. The property has amazing interiors, well manicured outdoors. rooms are very good! The small balcony overlooking pool enhanced the living experience in the room .. Food served in Resturant and the service was superb. Got a chance to savour some of the best food items. The desi ghee khasta kachori served was classic !! The support from front office team was great too and they managed all our requests and requirements very professionally. The housekeeping team took good care of us in the room !! Overall a great experience- 10/10 !!

Beautiful interior and food was very 😋,They made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The atmosphere and Ambience were amazing. Taj mahal lucknow property is a beautiful property. Very good & courteous staff, at reception, restaurant, floor all too good. Property has excellent garden & pool area behind the Taj Mahal, Lucknow . Rooms & location of Taj Mahal, Lucknow is also very good. Best choice for stay at lucknow.

Property & location are excellent. Food was amazing & not mention the staff.....I have stayed at many Taj Mahal, Lucknow s all over the world, the saying at Taj Hotels is an experience on its own. They look after you so well without any monetary expectations

Property was good but the issue is mosquitoes are there in the room. Room is not that great compared to other taj properties

They need to focus more on the comfort, the mattress felt were quite old and used tomany times spring made sound and so wasn’t comfortable had a really really bad night for a Taj Mahal, Lucknow like TAJ

Best hospitality received at taj. Only thing lacking is a full fledged spa to cater couple goals for rejuvenation & relaxation.

The arrival was welcomed by. Check in without any delay. Proper care for stay and minor requirements. Check out with no problems.
