We recently stayed at Taj Mahal, Lucknow, to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to make the occasion truly special. The hospitality was exceptional—warm, genuine, and attentive to every detail. The Taj Mahal, Lucknow itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of traditional Awadhi architecture and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, elegant, and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view of the gardens. What truly touched us was the thoughtful way the team helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday. From a beautifully decorated cake to personalized touches in the room, they went above and beyond to make her feel cherished. The staff even arranged a surprise mini celebration that left our little one beaming with joy. Dining at the Taj Mahal, Lucknow was also a delight—every meal was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or a quiet dinner, the flavors and presentation were consistently top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create such cherished memories. Great Property, Excellent food and Wonderful Service All-around.. The property is well located in central Lucknow in a posh location. The property has amazing interiors, well manicured outdoors. rooms are very good! The small balcony overlooking pool enhanced the living experience in the room .. Food served in Resturant and the service was superb. Got a chance to savour some of the best food items. The desi ghee khasta kachori served was classic !! The support from front office team was great too and they managed all our requests and requirements very professionally. The housekeeping team took good care of us in the room !! Overall a great experience- 10/10 !!

Property & location are excellent. Food was amazing & not mention the staff.....I have stayed at many Taj Mahal, Lucknow s all over the world, the saying at Taj Hotels is an experience on its own. They look after you so well without any monetary expectations

ambience was very well.awesome breakfast was good.mothers day surprise was heartwarming architecture is top notch but dinner was not upto the mark no variety in dishes and taste was not good staff was humble and hospitality was very good

best stay ever. most accomodation staff of Taj Mahal Lucknow be it house keeping , resturant Shiab Cafe staff Mr. shubham and others. front desk very smooth check in check out. loved the stay we will come back soon. Thanks Tajness.

Taj is the definition of Hospitality, i truly find Taj lucknow to be serving its purpose, a magnificent property.

The stay was comfortable, value for money. Location was too good. Staff hospitality & facilities are upto the mark. Breakfast menu, taste & all things are perfect for family + business trip.

They need to focus more on the comfort, the mattress felt were quite old and used tomany times spring made sound and so wasn’t comfortable had a really really bad night for a Taj Mahal, Lucknow like TAJ

Anything and everything about this property is a class in itself. Great food, immaculate lawns, grand swimming pool, amazing rotunda, warm welcome, helpful staff. Name it, all was what you would expect from Taj.
