Our stay at taj, lucknow was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. They had all of the basic amenities such as electronic safes, slippers, dental and hygiene kits, and even weighing machines, along with complimentary fruits. The staff was extremely hospitable and left no stone unturned in taking care our needs. Mr. Mukesh, mr. Akhtar, ms. Shradda, mr. Sharad along with all the others were extremely humble and cooperative. The pianist, the flautist and the singers at the live performance in oudhyana enriched the atmosphere with their beautiful melodies. The overall ambience of the Taj Mahal, Lucknow gave a royal look. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet and leisure stay.

Let's start with a welcome - awesome. ( nice and friendly) girls at reception especially shradha, monika, arshi, muskan. At restaurant - awesome food with lot of varieties at management - brother like guy mr shantanu chandra, thanks a lot sir rooms - small but clean room security - ram milan, very nice, humble, polite guy, with always a smile. All the things are justifying taj status except ms pooja ( at reception, dnt know why she is showing so much of attitude, not a smile on her face, arguing unnecessarily, pathetic girl. Want to leave that Taj Mahal, Lucknow at the very moment. Pols take care of the reputation of the Taj Mahal, Lucknow . We will definitely visit again.

From the moment i stepped through the grand entrance of taj mahal, i was greeted with an unparalleled level of hospitality and warmth. The staff was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional stay. My room was a haven of tranquility, tastefully designed with modern amenities and a touch of elegance. The plush bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathroom was a sanctuary of relaxation. Every detail, from the soft linens to the luxurious toiletries, was meticulously chosen to enhance the guest experience.

We had a very plea-sent stay at taj. Very welcoming staff right from the entry point, reservation desk and upto all the staff for all dining areas in the property. Live ghazal singers made the dining place "oudhania" very special to have mesmerising dinner experience. Mr akhtar hosted/attended us at oudhania and made good recommendations for awadhi specialities for our dinner. Best part- we were given a upgrade by taj for premium suite over over booking of deluxe room. Property has huge garden areas and a big pool. Overall, it is a great place to stay in lucknow.

Overall it’s a big property with a lot of greenery, fountains etc. Swimming pool was good, my little one had a great time in pool. Room was little small as per our expectations. There was no difference in the room if we compare it with any other 4 star property. Staff was very courteous at the reception. Check in and check out was very smooth. The manager at the restaurant was very energetic but the staff at sahib cafe were little lazy. We had to remind them twice and thrice if we needed anything. May be it was because of rush. Overall a pleasant stay.

Except for a bit of a confusion during check in, we had a very pleasant one night stay at the taj. The food, the ambience, and our room were really good and didn't disappoint. One suggestion- we saw a lot of people getting in the swimming pool in your regular clothes. In fact, we were the only ones in the pool who were in swimsuits, so we found that very surprising and hope the management looks into it. Breakfast was great and check out was smooth as well.

I didnt found taj lucknow upto taj standards. Sharing few things. 1. Safety locker was not working 2. For availing room service i had to call thrice and then service was there after 2 hours 3. Swimming pool was not standard, major part is so shallow that an avg height person 5. 5 feet could use only 10-20 % of pool 4. Sahib cafe service was very poor, no one cares for even asking you for a glass of water.

Awesome staff, wonderful stay

Hotel situated near popular spots like ambedkar park and gomti river front in posh area. The quality of food and spread is very good with prompt and courteous service in room and restaurant.

Had an initial hiccup when checking in which was promptly addressed. Everyone from the guards to the reception staff and the room service, managers. All are very warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Not to forget a good breakfast too. Very much recommended.

Had a lovely time - aside from the property which speaks heritage - what stood out for us was the hospitality, individual attention by the team who did go above and beyond a few names that were outstanding in their service taj mohd, nidhi, abu (makes the best tea period) sudher abd chef faiyaz who delivers on made to order goodies. Sanjeev who stayed on longer than his shift to help locate my things - awesome experience

An abode of quaint nawab luxury in the heart of awadh. The iconic taj mahal lives up to its reputation. The staff is very polite and accommodating, the rooms and interiors are well maintained and clean. My only complaint would be, the garden view rooms don't really give you much of a view, it is better to book a pool view room. I wish i knew this beforehand.

The staff was hospitable and the food was good. It was a very comfortable stay.
