The Île aux Cerfs Island is definitely a paradise in Mauritius where we enjoyed a speedboat ride to the Grand River South East Waterfalls.

I truly liked the adventure with my family.

Guess what! We interacted with a more than 100-year old tortoise in La Vallee Des Couleurs Nature Park and simply loved the unique experience.

La Vallee Des Couleurs Nature Park is a valley displaying 23 colours. It is stunning to watch especially for nature lovers.

All of us fell in love with Mauritius, its exotic beaches and landscapes.

Umbrella Street is one of the most exclusive things we have ever seen in the world- it just hypnotizes you.

Another attraction is the Ganga Talao, which felt like a home away from home. The world's tallest Durga idol was there. We were also surprised to know that Mauritius is predominantly a Hindu country with 57% of the population being Hindus.

It was one of our most memorable and enriching trips. Given time and affordability, we would like to holiday in this country again.
