Best Price Guarantee is a no-questions-asked price assurance by MakeMyTrip for all your corporate hotel bookings. It promises to refund you twice the price difference post completion of your stay, if you’re able to find a better price online for the same hotel within 48 hours of your booking.

 

Checklist Before you make a Claim:

• The other offer must be for the same property, room type and meal plan.
• The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
• The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.
• The final customer pay price is compared inclusive of all taxes on the payment page.

How do I claim the refund?

• Take a screenshot of the website/app offering a lower price.
• Along with the screenshot, mail the URL and your myBiz booking voucher to mysupport@makemytrip.com, with the subject line Best Price Guarantee Claim.
• Once your claim is verified, we’ll refund you twice the price difference to your company wallet

Please note that you can’t claim the refund if the other offer is part of a loyalty/rewards program or cash back campaign, and if the other offer is an exclusive special promotion or deal.
