#BloggerContest: My Mouth-watering Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Delhi

Conveniently situated in South Delhi’s DLF Place Mall, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel was a delight. For a food lover like me, my stay here was all about food. Eating at the The India Grill, was an exceptional dining experience, right from breakfast to dinner. Starting the day with a scrumptious breakfast buffet, leading to an a la carte lunch option and an equally sumptuous dinner spread, eating at HGI was not only lavish but mouth-watering too.

The Sunday brunch, especially, is a great mix of freshly cooked local and international delicacies. You can pick from a variety of pastas, wood fired pizzas, salads and the ever popular masala dosas. Some amazing signature dishes included the yummy Australian lamb chops and the hugely popular Happy de Paranthe. For sweet lovers, there was an assortment of pancakes and fresh waffles to choose from. And at just 25$ or Rs 1699 per head (kids up to 10 eat for free) the brunch is a real steal.

Chef Rajat, produced one fancy dish after another, for our Sunday feast, till we just had to politely say no. My own personal favourite was the chicken tikka wood fired pizza, chicken Parmigianino and the non-veg platter. Though I personally did not delve in the sweet stuff, my hubby will vouch for their taste and authenticity. 

The contemporary large and air conditioned bedrooms, with king size beds and other innovative amenities left us thrilled to bits.

The warm welcome with a bottle of wine, and a swan towel laid down on the bed, not only touched us deeply, but made us totally at ease and comfortable as well.

Work, for a travel blogger, naturally occupies the major part of the day, that is why the ergonomic chair, designed by Herman Miller, just made things a lot easier for me.

 Hilton Garden Inn is an ideal stay option for all kinds of travellers within its spacious rooms and cozy decor. With shopping malls, restaurants, movie theatres and other entertainment centers all around you, it is no wonder that the hotel has established itself as an outstanding getaway to conduct both business and pleasure in a sophisticated and intimate setting. So the next time you stay at HGI or go shopping at DLF Place, spoil yourself for once at the India Grill. I promise you, you will not come back disappointed.
