Apart from superior and executive rooms, there is the suite room if you want a taste of luxury. I had the opportunity to stay in the suite room that has a separate living area, common powder room and a large comfortable bedroom.  The room had two bathrooms, a work table and a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool. The room is equipped with a minibar, wifi, satellite television and is serviced in the mornings and evenings. The tray of bespoke specially curated chocolates looked inviting as I entered the room and it was a perfect way for me to put my feet up and unwind from the grind.

Who says you cannot mix business with pleasure? At Novotel, Hyderabad airport even business travellers can take a break by visiting the sports arena, gym or even the swimming pool. The state-of- the-art sports arena has a full fledged basket ball court, tennis court and a volley ball court. I had a great time honing my swimming skills at the outdoor heated swimming pool. If you have had your share of outdoor activities, head to the 24 hour fitness centre to flex those tired muscles. I did indulge my mind and body at the luxurious spa where you can treat yourself to massages, sauna, reflexology and several other rejuvenating treatments. If you are traveling with children, there are safe play areas for them too.

Food That Spoke to My Soul

While at Novotel, Hyderabad airport, treat yourself to delectable meals at two restaurants, The Square and Haldi. The Square is a spacious multi cuisine restaurant that offers a lavish buffet during breakfast and lunch. The fare includes Asian, Indian and western specialties and a host of live counters. I had the luxury of enjoying a meal here at their Private dining area. Being a lover of Indian food, I headed to Haldi for dinner which serves some of the finest Indian preparations at its authentic best. Open only for dinner, it is a great option to dine at for bonding with friends, family or colleagues over a splendid meal that uses the finest of ingredients.  Novotel also has a bar serving some of the best wines, spirits, beer and cocktails. 

Yes, I was Floored

The luxurious facilities and ambience at the Novotel, Hyderabad airport, is only complemented by the personalized and impeccable service and affable nature of the staff.  They are extremely friendly, efficient and quick.  Novotel, Hyderabad Airport is one of the few hotels where luxury is implemented with responsibility.  Along with following some of the best practices of recycling and energy saving, the hotel has ample green cover and this includes an organic garden where vegetables are grown.  This was a clear winner for me!
