We value the crucial role of local tourist guides who enrich the experiences of both national and international visitors. As an acknowledgement, we partnered with ITIHAAS to implement a comprehensive training programme equipping guides with advanced soft skills, improved cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of the region’s history and significance.

The programme operates with a dual objective: to enhance the tourist experience and boost the confidence of the guides to encourage engaging interactions. Through our collaboration with ITIHAAS, we have successfully upskilled over 1,200 tour guides in Agra and Fatehpur Sikri, Uttar Pradesh. This effort contributes to sustainable economic development by supporting the local communities and nurturing a more immersive and responsible tourism sector.
