We have been working on the Khwaab-e-Tabeer project to train women from the Boniyar region (Baramula district, Kashmir) in local handicrafts. The trainings go beyond imparting skill, and also cover various aspects of running a business such as social media marketing, market linkages, accounting practices, etc. Through this project we aim to empower rural women to set up their micro-businesses, and earn livelihood. We have partnered with Flow Cloud Technology to implement this project under the guidance of the Indian Army.
