Chail is a small scenic village located amidst the Himalayan range in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh. You can reach this city from airways located in Jubbar Hati in Shimla which accommodates regular flights from Delhi, Chandigarh to Shimla. Chail is located nearly 64 km from this airport and you can reach Chail by taking private taxi or state buses. The most appropriate time to visit this place is in summers, away from the scorching heat of plains in this beautiful village. March-October time period is most favorable for the visit as the place remains full with flowers and greenery all around. In winters i.e. from November to January, you will find Himalayan hillocks covered with snow which gives an auspicious aura to the eyes of the visitors. All these activities and seasonal beauty of this place increases tourist activity in this village and hence, tourism in Chail increases which is a pillar of the economy of this place.
