The first thing I would rate when it comes to my stay with the Radisson was the friendly and helpful front desk staff, I liked the way they themselves would come and offer me help which is something rarely seen in other راديسون أون فلاجستاف جاردنز ملبورنs that I have stayed in Australia. Marsha and Eldo Jacob were very helpful and friendly no matter how many times I reached out to them for help, these two were the names of the staff I can remember, every other staff was also very helpful. I stayed in a standard راديسون أون فلاجستاف جاردنز ملبورن room, the room was neat and well-maintained, I got a Parkview which made it nicer. The room as such was spacy and comfortable, the bed and the pillows were comfortable, the lamps and the overall room lighting was excellent. There were sufficient good mirrors, and clothes hangers. The in room technology was one of its class, with user manual guides for operating and handling everything in the room, which made it very easy to handle things by self. The television was great too with good number of free channels and other options like movies for a price. The couch and the coffee table was on the okay side, it wasn't easy to move the coffee table and it would get detached from the bottom. The bathroom was very spacy, and the toilet was neat and clean, the toiletries were good but they didn’t have a toothbrush with paste or a mouth wash. There were ample number of towels in all lengths, they were neat and tidy but few looked bit older and faded. The temperature control on the shower was very out dated and hard to get the optimum temperature, you have to keep turning the hot water and cold water levers but would end up drenching yourself in either very hot or cold showers, the shower they had at the gym was excellent, it was easy to use and you would get easy warm water. The in room mini bar was good with variety of options, the tea and coffee making options were also good, the kettle had few stains gifted to them by an earlier guest I believe. They don’t have a microwave, so you have to eat out or buy food from outside else you have the option of going for a room service or dining at the HQ, I did try HQ few times, it was on the costly side but it was delicious and was served by friendly staff. They don’t have a guest coin laundry inside, so if it is a short stay you should be okay with your clothes washing. They also don’t have a microwave or basic kitchenette items like a knife, plate, fork or a spoon, so sometimes it would be hard to eat or cut something but these items were not mentioned in their amenities, so I am just mentioning it here so that you don’t get surprised if you were looking for these amenities in the room. The Jacuzzi spa at the top level was awesome, it gives a good view of the city from above. Sauna and gym are other good options in this راديسون أون فلاجستاف جاردنز ملبورن. The location of the راديسون أون فلاجستاف جاردنز ملبورن is also good, it is a walk able distance to the Flagstaff Railway station and close to few free tram routes which would take you to the heart of the CBD. It is also a walk able distance to the Elizabeth Street. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable stay worth the money paid to the Hotel but there is definitely room for improvement with their standard rooms when you consider the brand name Radisson on it.
