Hotel Osel tries very hard to live up to its price but sadly it fails to do so. The rooms are fantastic and well organized but some of the basic things weren't in order. One has to wait for a very long time to get hot water or to get heater to heat the room. Breakfast wasn't hot either. Also, TV made weird noise whenever it was on.

Very good hotel to stay in Thimpu.

I really liked the ambiance of the Hotel Osel a lot. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Very neat and clean. Close to the market. Places like simply Bhutan and one Chorten was walkable from this Hotel Osel. I highly recommend this Hotel Osel to people who are looking for a good property in Thimpu.

The Hotel is bang in the middle of Thimphu and most attractions are in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and cozy and all amenities are provided. The breakfast on the other hand was disappointing as there were only a few select dishes which was not expected from a average star property.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The stay is very courteous and helpful while making sure you get everything you need. The food menu for dinner as well as breakfast is limited and can be better. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Special shout out to Namgyel and the staff at the Osel. They very utmost courteous and kind. The Hotel is walking distance from the clock tower which is a added bonus. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious.

Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Got upgraded to the suite, which was very spacious and had great views. Also provided with hot water bags every night. Close proximity to the market place and easily accessible.

I really loved the stay in Hotel Osel Osel. The hospitality, cleanliness was really nice. The location is very near to the main market. I would love to visit there again. I would rate this Hotel Osel good.

Hotel Osel is a good Hotel Osel, walking distance from main street of thump. The Hotel staff is good. One negative is ordering at room is going to cost you 30% extra than what you pay at the restaurant.

It just 10 minutes walk from city center yet not noisy. Their buffet spread is humble but overall service is top notch.
The room was spacious and stuff were very friendly.

I stayed for 3 days in this Hotel Osel during Bhutan visit. The Hotel Osel is excellent and staff is very friendly and it is centrally located.
