Point to note: Airport drop/pickup is not complimentary regardless of your stay duration. They do provide but charge a bomb (IDR 425k) whereas you can get uber for 180k or a normal taxi for 230k . . We got a free upgrade to lagoon villa as deluxe pool villas were under renovation. We were welcomed with an orange cooler & escorted to our villa in a golf cart. When we entered the villa, there was a basket of fruits (mostly tropical) for us in the lounge space. We availed the shuttle service from FuramaXclusive Resort & Villas, Ubud to ubud centre at 5:30pm. Breakfast spread was good and specially the cheese and mushroom omelette prepared by Adhi. Oka told and helped us a lot in general. The villa was awesome and lagoon also. Only suggestion is to have Bath robes for the guests. The reconditioning was slow and after room service, it is switched off so it took long for room to come to normal temperature. We got free local calls to our next FuramaXclusive Resort & Villas, Ubud in Lembongan and snorkel ling booking in Lembongan for which I am really thankful. They give a complimentary 15-min massage, but in general, massaging is cheaper in ubud Center (about 3-4 times cheaper). The lagoon villa pool connecting to the main pool is very awesome. The feel of the place overall is very good. My wife really didn’t feel like leaving on the last day at all . Overall I would recommend this resort as a good luxurious location with beautiful surroundings and serene place to relax with your loved ones.

Our stay was really good at furama resorts. We went to bali with our 6 month old daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property. The staff there is really good and courteous. Couple of suggestions though - we stayed in 2 types of rooms throughout our stay. The first one was the premier room, the room overall was nice but it could definitely use a wardrobe/closet. It was really difficult to manage without one. Second, since bali as a destination is really popular with new parents, the place could be a bit more stroller friendly. For example the approach to the reception or for that matter the restaurant and access to premier rooms all had stairs which made it a bit dificult for us at times.

We were on our honeymoon last month and stayed in private villa. The room and the entire ambience was peaceful, safe and warm. Staff of the resort are very kind and humble. Breakfast was delicious and freshly served. If you plan to visit this place do not skip their breakfast. If comes with wide variety of fruits, juices, plus eggs, be on. Special attention for Indian guests who prefer parathas in the morning. Overall experience was great and I will definitely visit again.

The property is beautiful. However a little far from the ubud market. During our stay we faced water flow issue in the washrooms but the management compensated by upgrading our room. Good property otherwise. The welcome drink was very tasty. They also offered a fruit plate on our arrival with exotic fruits. We really had a great stay at this luxurious resort.

Hidden gem in ubud perfect for couples as well as families in middle of rice paddies ….lagoon villas are highly recommended and please plan for own vehicle or driver as car apps don’t work here or simply can use inhouse cab service to explore ubud……the host is very welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay and good vegetarian options in their extensive breakfast spread. Great for someone who wants to stay in a peaceful quiet place as it is away from the city center. They do have free pick up and drop shuttle service for the city center

Rooms are nice and the staff is good and efficient. Breakfast is also good from vegetarian perspective. The only issue was with the bathroom where showers were faulty. Rest all good with the property

This property is located in out sketch of ubud town, it take 20mins to reach main ubud street. Food was really good. They maintaining hygiene in overall.

Great stay. Comfortable rooms with basic amenities. They sent a complementary cake because it was my birthday, so thoughtful of the staff. Food was okay with limited veg options. Very helpful staff.
