Room was so cute, well decorated, super clean and big suite for our small family. The service in the hotel was 10 stars. Everyone greeted you as you walked by, including security. Breakfast service was a bit slow, so we only ate there once. Definitely would go back! Thanks for a wonder stay!

The pool was fun, and we loved the longer hours when we could use it.
The hotel was clean enough and staff were friendly. Wifi had poor connection, air conditioning was loud in rooms and laundry services were very expensive.
graham.partnerNov 07, 2024 I would certainly stay here again so my comments are primarily intended to persuade the management where additional care is required. Hotel was quite convenient to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants etc. We ate regularly in the hotel and never suffered the dreaded “Bali Belly”.Generally the staff were brilliant and exceptionally friendly and helpful. I didn’t rate the room and general hotel cleaning services. Beds, sheets were very clean and turn down services were very good BUT Shower screen base was badly in need of cleaning and descaling so it appeared to be dirty and neglected. Hand Shower on/off control didn’t function properly. Paintwork on trim areas throughout the hotel was ingrained with dirt. Lift carpet was dirty and gave a very bad first impression to new arrivals. Matt paint finish throughout didn’t help and although intended to be distressed the effects went well below this.
So …. Yes I’ll go again and their prices are reasonable.

Nice and clean place. Pool was out of action which was disappointing but staff were excellent and food great
스파, 마트, 기념품 샵 모두 도보로 접근 가능할 정도로 위치고 좋고, 룸청결도, 친절한 서비스 모두 만족합니다. 사누르 해변가는 걸어서 10분 좀 넘게 걸리는데, 걷기엔 너무 덥고 그랩타면 금방 갑니다.
수영장이 작다곤 하는데 여긴 부티크호텔이기 때문에, 당연히 리조트 대비 상대적으론 작긴 합니다. 그러나 수질 괜찮고, 미취학 아동 데리고 놀기엔 충분합니다~ 카바나, 베드 갯수도 충분하고, 수영장 이용하는 사람이 많지 않아서요.

Great location near so many restaurants and shops. Short walk to beach.

The room was a great size and very clean, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and gave great food recommendations. The pool was nice, the sun goes behind the building around midday so would suggest you enjoy the pool and sun beds in the morning and head out to the beach etc in the afternoon.

thomas.partnerJul 30, 2024 The rooms are beautiful and the bedding is incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The hotel lobby and bar is beautiful and the staff are lovely. Cork bistro has a nice menu and decent bar.
The pool area is lovely but if you’re after some sun by the pool, you’ll only get it in the middle of the day as it is shaded by the hotel and a large tree.
We opted for a package that included daily massages at the in house spa but we don’t think the team are trained as the massages were not the best we’ve had in Bali. The spa is also right next to the pool so if there’s a lot of kids screaming and splashing in the pool and you’re someone who struggles to zone out, you may want to find a different place for a massage that’s more quiet and relaxing.
Wifi is fast and reliable. Amenities are well thought out and the rooms beautiful finished. Filtered water machines on each floor is a nice touch too!
Overall, we loved our stay at the Maison Aurelia but next time will opt for a package that includes breakfast and get massages elsewhere.
nicole.familyJul 29, 2024 Loved this hotel, the location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shopping all along the same street. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more.
Lovely spot, walkable to the beach and the whole shopping and dining scene. Room walls are thin, so bring earplugs to remain unbothered.

kenneth a.familyJul 10, 2024 Hotel was okay, some of the ceilings in the foyer/restaurant have big holes in that need to be filled. Rooms were reasonably clean, lots of dust around the doors.
Wife was bitten by loads of ants on the first night, we called room service at 5am, they changed sheets, said they would be back to spray the ant trail which they never, we bought some spray ourselves and done the job. Have read another review about someone else with an ant problem. Was uncomfortable for my wife as the bites were very itchy.
It was a great hotel, friendly staff and the room was so big and spacious. Great waterfall shower too! Comfy bed and cold AC !
I liked the hotel, but was disappointed when we came back to our room after we left — as the my needed to clean the room. Floor was dirty, bed was made but sheets were not changed, and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. We were also short one bath towel, but we found it stuck into our toilet with the lid shut. They did make it right, however no explanation for the towel.
