Excellent stay at Sheraton Imperial

Booked a deluxe king room. Loved the central location of the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel, about a km from the historical walk or Merdaka square, next to quill city mall and a stone's throw away from the Petronas towers. Needless to say, the property is a 5 star property. An excellent common areas, spectacular lobby and a good pool. Other facilities include a gym and sauna did not go there. Extremely helpful, prompt, polite and courteous staff. The room does need a few upgrades to make it more contemporary there were a few minor discomfort for eg, the commode is still old fashioned and the drain was a bit slow. Amenities like bathrobes and razor kits should ideally be provided instead of the need to ask for it they were available free of charge of course.
Liked the location of the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel and the property was fantastic. However, the room could use an upgrade which is happening at sheraton imperial kl currently since there were some minor hiccups like a slow drain and an outdated commode. Also amenities like bathrobes and shaving kits should be provided instead of being asked for they were provided free of charge though. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and courteous.

Me and my fanily really enjoyed your stay in Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Hotel interiors and location is superb. Staff is very friendly plus they have an Indian veg restaurant which serves good Indian food which was a blessing considering very less option for veg people in Kuala Lumpur. Room size and view is also awesome. It's worth every penny you spend plus closer Mono Rail and hop on and hop off city tour bus stop.

We had a great two day stay at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel Sheraton. Everything from check-in to room allocation was super smooth. The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel staff was courteous and helpful all throughout. We needed to check-out late and the staff accommodated our request. Buffet breakfast was the best among all the 5 stars we stayed during our stay in Malaysia.

This property has now become one of our favorite Hotel for a holiday in Malaysia. Excellent location, pleasant and clean rooms with excellent standards. Great hospitality. The continental breakfast with huge spread was awesome. Another advantage is all hop on hop off bus service has a stop right at Sheraton to enjoy the City tour in an open to a sky double-decker bus.

I went with my wife to Kuala Lumpur for couple of days. My stay in Sheraton Imperial was fantastic. Room was beautiful, spacious and with a beautiful view of outside. As far as food is concerned, food was delicious, loved breakfast the most. Overall my stay at Sheraton Imperial was perfect. I highly recommend this Hotel. Location of this Hotel is perfect.

Best location, we walked most of our time during the stay to explore the city. Excellent rooms, there were few issues with ac but were sorted by the staff nicely. Facilities at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel are also excellent, would recommend the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel for future stays.

I liked everything. The room was clean, big enough and very well furnished. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The lobby area was too big and beautiful. The breakfast had a lot of choices. There was a good espresso.

Very close to the Medan Tuanku Monorail station. Overall fantastic experience. Spa, buffet, service was worthy of a 5 star. Concierge should provide more umbrellas for guests, especially during monsoon.

The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel has awesome view from the room, when you book try to get twin towers view from the room. The rooms are great and clean. Service is good as well.
