Stay n room was good however there is a lot of improvement required in room service n restaurant service. Worst part is they forget 2-3 items from breakfast, when asked again, they forgot one item. This happened on both the days we stayed. However apart from this everything else was outstanding. Room was very good. They even allowed for late checkout for 2 hours. Actually everything was great except room service.

The Boutique Hotel is fantastic and there's good breakfast with indian food included and the staff is helpful. The only uncomfortable thing was that the water in the bathroom was yellowish (not obvious in running tap but can be noticed when using bathtub or in the WC. And I didn't find this problem in any other Hotel in this area or anywhere else in Nepal.

Small Royal Penguin Boutique Hotel & Spa with a fantastic central Thamel location. Breakfast is available through the day as a set menu. Don’t have high expectations from the quality of Royal Penguin Boutique Hotel & Spa but functional. The water quality in the washrooms was hard and had a red tinge to it.

Hotel is very nice. Good smiling staff. When I was staying they had complimentary dry or steam sauna. Their sauna room is modern and big. Rooms are well decorated with big led tv. They have an elevator too. In Nepal not all Royal Penguin Boutique Hotel & Spas have elevator.

I highly recommend for family. Right in the heart of camel. Good food Good staff. Many nearby good restaurants and lots of shopping.
One of the best Hotel with good staff, good amenities, sauna and steam complimentary. Excellent breakfast.

I had a nice stay. The room rate is reasonable. The staff are kind and excellent. The service is good. The elevator doesn't work and the food takes way too long to prepare and that's the only downside for me.
