It was a 2 night stay in Basaya, Pattaya. Right from check in to check out, everything was smooth. Basaya is centrally located. - Just few steps from the beach. - 15 minutes walk to the walking street. - 2 minutes walk to Central Festival Mall. - 2 minutes walk to hard rock Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort. Only glitch was the breakfast. Very less options and not that good. Overall, our stay was pleasant. Will come again.

Looking at the Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort it's difficult to stay that this Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort is so good compare to others. We have stayed for 2 days and we find it very comfortable. The Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort was neat and clean. The staff was very Findlay specially, Mr pim. The facility are good and it on a good location, you can find transport easily. It value for your money.

Lots of shops bars restaurants are very near to this Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort. Swimming pool is good. Staff is friendly and most amazing the beach is very near to this property

Perfect location near beach. Share taxi for 20THB to Walking Street. Free WiFi speed should be improved. Food has many varieties and tasty. Room service and security are very friendly. Tour agent inside the Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort must improve the efficiency to explain guests on the services.

Travelled and stayed solo during June 2015. Very nice staying at low budget. The location is the best impressive as to find the connecting routes are simply available. Overall it was pretty satisfactory.
