Overall pleasant stay

The سكن باي ووك باتايا is perfectly located, beach is right across the street and Pattaya Walking Street is only a few meters away. They have nice big rooms and washrooms. If you are choosy about the food then there are multiple options available down the road, again few meters away and ranging from pizza burgers to tasty Indian food. The سكن باي ووك باتايا has a decent rooftop swimming pool but the water had too much chlorine in it, eyes were burning in the water. Fitness center is nicely equipped for a normal workout, not for heavy lifting though. The سكن باي ووك باتايا offers english breakfast which is good, but there is room for improvement. Free wi-fi credentials were provided during check-in which works fine, they have multiple access points so no issues of weak signal. The staff is nice and can communicate in okay english. Although the سكن باي ووك باتايا is right on the busy beach road leading to walking street the rooms are quiet, may be because it was not a road/beach facing room. Overall, pleasant stay because of the comfort and location.

I stayed here from 18/7/19 to 22/7/19. The property is on the beach road. Next to city walk and near the walking street. Rooms seems to be old. But not so bad. 3rd Joiner allowed without any additional fee in a double occupied room. Reception staffs are not friendly, but restaurant staff and room service are good. Early check in not allowed. I have given room 1:30 pm. Even though the rooms available, I was waiting fr 2:30 hrs. Dining in the 5th floor, with beautiful beach view. Breakfast is good, having variety, but not so tasty. Swimming pool is on the 7th floor. The view is good, but too much chlorine. Gym is in the 1st floor. ok. Undated equipment’s. Overall it was a nice stay. Negatives are ignorable. Worthy. I’ll visit again. Customer support need to be improved.

My stay at سكن باي ووك باتايا bay walk residence beach road pattaya was very good location of this سكن باي ووك باتايا is at the beach rooms are hygienic services are excellent the flip side is that they don't allow early check in and late check out (reception people are very strict about it) i was made to pay for a room upgrade and then they allowed early check in breakfast is good and is available from 7am to 10: 30am. If you are a vegetarian, then limited options for you pool is good and the سكن باي ووك باتايا staff is very friendly and cooperative

Had a great stay at this سكن باي ووك باتايا, almost a perfect stay, on beach road and walking street hoarding visible from the سكن باي ووك باتايا. Rooms are spacious, Beautiful Pool on top, Excellent Scenic beauty from near the breakfast area. A very decent breakfast but if you are a vegetarian then one may be left with fewer options. It is a completely guest friendly سكن باي ووك باتايا with nice سكن باي ووك باتايا staff with quick and efficient service. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Will definitely visit here again.

Baywalk Residence was one my best choices. I'm satisfied with the room's cleanliness, ambience, swimming pool and the most important of all, staff's behaviour with ever-smiling face. The buffet breakfast and the Sea view from the breakfast zone was also noteworthy. It was just five minutes away from walking street, the centre of attraction of Pattaya. My only grievance is that though i've requested them through mail to provide me with the sea-view room, they did not.

Behavior of front office desk personnel was not good it was biased. Breakfast was not good and enough. The cleanliness was really good and in room facilities excellent. The cleanliness staff response was quick and their behavior was also good. It is required to guide the guest to his or her room at the start as he and she is not aware of the location and other things of the room. I was not guided for that. But still I would recommend it to others.

The best part of the Hotel is its location. Perhaps this is one of the سكن باي ووك باتاياs which is amidst the best location in Pattaya. It is just beside the famous Ripley's Mall, (though the Mall have some different name). It is couple of meters away from the Walking street. There are many 7-11 Shops close by. The rooms could have been little bit maintained. But the toilets and beds were really very clean. The decent buffet spread is awesome.

It was a average سكن باي ووك باتايا near the beach & Walking Street. Room was big. I stayed here with my wife. A/C was ok. Our room was at 1st floor. The ambience at the reception was good but for our room we have to pass a non ac place.
