Location is peaceful. Rooms are good but the light inside the rooms is too less. During day time you can open the curtains for brightness but without that the room is still dark after all bulbs on. Staff is a little less friendly. Breakfast is good. Pool is good and is with a bar. They ask for 500 baht deposit during checkin. The beach is nearby but party places are a little far. Property is huge. Rooms have safety lockers. Experience could have been much better with more lights in the room and if the staff was not rude

Location wise one of the best properties in South Pattaya, beach is just at 250 meter distance, central Pattaya mall is just 200 meters away. Food quality is good at a very affordable price. Front desk staffs are really cooperative. Cons-Just one lift to accommodate all staffs, rooms are not properly sound proof, if you are unlucky you will get noise from next room till 3AM.

The فليبر هاوس هوتل is located at convenient location for sight seeing and other market options. It is suitable for medium class comfortable stay. The only issue is it not having indian breakfast options. So for vegetarians, it becomes difficult, but for non veg lovers it has many options. Overall it was a descent family stay in the فليبر هاوس هوتل.

Flipper House Hotel stay was very good, only issue I faced was regarding breakfast. Booking was for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast but in morning they charges extra money for kids breakfast. Rooms are clean and big for a family with 2 separate beds. Swimming pool is also very good at top floor from where Pattaya beach can be seen.

The best budget Hotel in Pattaya near Beach, surrounded by the most happening places. Awsomee room, comfortable stay, mouthwatering breakfast. Decent staffs with smile. For me this Hotel is fixed whenever I will visit Pattaya. Thanks team Flipper House for give us a best honeymoon experience. Regards, Archita and Indranil

Good stay with average food and less variety for Indian especially for vegetarian. Security or bell boys unnecessarily interfere with cab bookings out of some personal interest and causing inconvenience to customers. Also charged for a kid where breakfast is free and it is known that how many people are going to stay.

Had a very good experience in Flipper House Hotel, good food, good maintenance of room, etc. Only thing which lag is reception people attitude, they were not very supportive towards helping is to see sightseeing, guiding us or suggesting us some places. The reception staff are not so helpful towards the tourist.

It’s a decent فليبر هاوس هوتل but has its inherent shortcomings. Room real tiny and same is the size of bathroom. Housekeeping doesn’t offer much in terms of toiletries. Reception staff very rigid and breakfast arrangement doesn’t have much variety for indian vegetarians. My stay experience is average

Flipper House is an awesome place to stay. Nice breakfast. Awesome swimming pool. Good services. All good. Mini bar in the room (chargeable) but only location is not good. But if you want to save money, best option.

Very good location most places are in walking distance, good food and clean. A decent Pattaya life can be enjoined at that Road itself. Departmental store is a bonus as one can save money in food. Good for staying with family.

Nice location near- to beach, 2nd road, Indian food, and burger King, nice room both superior and deluxe, nice breakfast - overall value for money. This was my second stay in this فليبر هاوس هوتل.

Have stayed here before and the place never disappoints. Best thing is that breakfast is served till 12PM. It is walkable to the main road and the beach. There is a family mart bang opposite and 7/11 at walking distance. Ample car parking as well.
