The grass is a amazing service appartment with all modern facilities. My booking was upgraded free of cost to a suit. The rooms are well furnished and has a led tv, cattle, fridge and intercom. All the toiletries are available. Sugar, tea bags, coffe, milk and water bottles were served. Good ac and fast internet. Tuk tuk is available to the city. Reception is very super friendly. The main disadvantage is the property is 2. 5 km away from the centre of the city.

Stayed at the grass service suits for 6 nights. Was greeted with a warm smile on my arrival at the front desk. The front office staff was very helpful. Was extremely happy with the room, it was well kept. The housekeeping staff was very polite and did a wonderful jod everyday. Overall had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I stayed here for 6 nights, an excellent experience. The staff are very good and helpful. The location is perfect, nearby to walk-in street and beach road. The rooms are very clean, provided with an oven, you can prepare noodles, tea, and coffee. The gym n swimming pool was very clean n neat. Overall a happy stay. I want to visit again in march 2024. You'll be satisfied with your stay here. They have a mini kitchenette of you want to bring outside food or store in the refrigerator. Hotel amenities are well maintained. Swimming pool and sauna are good. Location is calm. If you're a group it only takes 90 thb to the walking street and solo 40 thb to the walking street on the grab transport service.

The location is just a couple of kms away from the beach road n walking street, you'll get a lot of van taxis by paying just 10 bhatt service was really awesome, very customer friendly approach, reception staff is really nice n helpful, 7/11 supermarket is just walkway, indian restaurant is near by in a nutshell it was a fantastic experience

We had a good stay but was accompanied by cockroaches which was disappointing. Rest was good. Hotel should provide an option to early check-in on payable basis.
