Overall, it was a good stay. It was a public holiday (eid) and the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي was very busy. However, check-in was fast and the breakfast buffet was very good. What i didn't like was the room had nothing. We were 4 and they put only 1 towel so i had to ask for more! also a very bad smell was coming from the bathroom and it was very disturbing. The room was empty, no coffee, no sugar, 1 small bottle of water, and nothing else that you usually see in the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي room. No complaints because my stay was very short as i checked in at 12 am and checked out at 11 am. Otherwise, it would have been an unpleasant experience.

Not so far from city centre. Food quality is not good so we had to order from outside. But they do not allow food delivery inside the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي so you will have to go down and pick up your food. There's only 1 restaurant in the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي and they also cannot deliver food to your room.

The stay was pleasant and staff was responsive. Hotel in located near to airport so last min rush is not required. It was just a days stay i wish i could enjoy the properties pool, gym and other facilities. Next time if i visit i will not think twice to book in the same نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي.

I along with my colleague were at business trip to Abu Dhabi. We had a very comfortable stay at the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي. It had wide spread of breakfast with good vegetarian as well as Indian options. Hotel staff was very warm and prompt in their services.

Excellent services provided by the نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي staff. All of them are very courteous and helpful. Would specially mention Jamed and Puja from the front desk. Jamed checked me in and Puja would always help me with whatever questions I would ask her.

The نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي is nicely located and with good sized rooms. However the room service requires training as i requested for extra towels more than 4 times over two days stay so i had to go to the reception and request them myself.

Check in check out was ok stay is good and polite breakfast was good toiletries not kept, had to ask for it, and need to check the plumbing part in it my family and myself stayed two nights, room was good i recommend people to stay

Lovely نوفوتل البستان أبوظبي close to mushrif mall. One issue we faced was the pool being cold and the lifeguard on duty had a really bad attitude

No option for Vegetarian Food … really need to improve the quantity in breakfast for vegetarian food as there was only one option each day . Hotel is amazing in all the other aspects.
