I recently had the pleasure of staying at hyatt place al rigga dubai with my family, and i cannot express enough how exceptional our room service experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, mr. Habib, baskar, and the team lead judy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Firstly, i would like to commend mr. Habib for his impeccable attention to detail. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed right from the start. Throughout our stay, he consistently exceeded our expectations by promptly addressing any requests or inquiries we had. Whether it was providing extra towels, restocking toiletries, or ensuring our room was kept immaculate, mr. Habib's professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Baskar, another member of the room service team, also deserves a special mention. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with our needs made us feel valued as guests. Baskar's efficiency in delivering our orders and ensuring they were exactly as requested made our dining experiences in the comfort of our room a true delight. Last but certainly not least, i would like to express my gratitude to judy, the team lead, for orchestrating such a remarkable team. Her leadership skills were evident as she effortlessly managed the room service operations, ensuring that every guest received the utmost care and attention. Judy's ability to maintain a seamless and efficient service while also fostering a warm and welcoming environment truly set the standard for exceptional hospitality. Overall, our stay at hyatt place al rigga dubai was made even more memorable due to the outstanding room service provided by mr. Habib, baskar, and their team lead judy. Their commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and genuine care for our comfort were truly commendable. Review: Hyatt Place, Al Rigga (1st June - 2nd June) I recently stayed at Hyatt Place, Al Rigga from 1st June to 2nd June with my wife and friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, the experience at the حياة بليس دبي الرقة was wonderful. The place was awesome, the breakfast was great, the pool was clean, and the rooms were tidy. However, I encountered an unfortunate situation during check-in that I feel needs to be addressed. Upon check-in, my wife realized she didn't have her Emirates ID with her. Mr. who was the manager on duty, approached the situation very poorly. Without listening to our explanation, he immediately stated that he would cancel our booking if we didn't have the ID, and we wouldn't be allowed to check in. I tried to explain that it was my wife's birthday, hoping for some understanding or flexibility, but Mr.bwas not in the mood to hear anything. When I requested a written confirmation that the حياة بليس دبي الرقة would refund the entire amount (as we had booked Mr. denied the request and exhibited serious attitude issues. As a manager, he showed no empathy or courtesy in dealing with a customer. On the other hand, Mr. , another representative at the reception, noticed the incident and intervened. He handled the situation with professionalism and empathy, allowing us to check in on his own responsibility. We later arranged for the required Emirates ID, and everything else during our stay was great. While the حياة بليس دبي الرقة facilities and overall experience were excellent, the customer service from Mr. left a lot to be desired. In contrast, Mr. Ayman's understanding and helpful approach significantly improved our experience. Hyatt Place, Al Rigga is a great place to stay, but I hope the management addresses such customer service issues to ensure all guests feel valued and respected.

There are several type of rooms that will help you manage your stay with multiple people. The room was spacious for 3 people. We choose twin bed room with sofa(which converts to bed. Extra blankets were provided at no extra cost. We opted for free breakfast and let me tell you this is not something you don't want to miss. The variety and quality of food is exceptional. There wide variety of cereal, sweets, juice, several indian dishes, egg dishes, live pancake, tea, cofee, and lots more. It's a must for a perfect morning. Also, the staff were very helpful, one of my friend was traveling to usa and had 24 hours hold in dubai. She booked a room at hyatt palace dubai al rigga. Her flight landed at 5am and the check-in was at 2. When i enquired about this at front desk they were really helpful and gave her a room at 7 am when she arrived at حياة بليس دبي الرقة( this is subjected to room availability, which i was told beforehand) i highly recommend that you stay here if you wish to explore old and new dubai since it's close to both locations. I will be staying here in future as well. Thank you!

We were in hay-at almost 6 days, our stay was pleasing and comfortable. No trouble in early checking or check out. Hotel is central located so you can explore dubai easily,. Deira market and al rigga road near shop are full of option of branded and non local brand products so you have choices t to choice to shop. Al rigga metro is 500-600 meters away so metro options also there but i was explore by taxi as careem and dxb taxi are not too costly under 45 dhrm you have choice to go any near by places like dubai mall or dubai. Frame or creek park. So mostly things are under 13 kms and under 45 dhrm you can roaming around just need to set everyday things. In hyatt good part is morning buffet it has lots of variety.

We stayed for 7 nights and were a group of 6, including 2 adults. We got 2 bhk apartments, which were huge with all amenities like fully operational kitchens, washing machine, fridge, oven, etc. Daily breakfast had varieities of both east and west cuisines and menu used to change every day. Free car parking was an added advantage, considering we had a rental car. In and around plenty of grocery supermarkets, pharmacies, and eataries. Rooms were big, and bathrooms were very neat. Ac was perfect throughout 24 hours. Overall, it's a comfortable stay. Only area of suggestion is to improve room service. It's very delayed, and i have to follow up 2-3 times to get what you need every time.

I stayed in hyatt with my family. We took an early morning flight. So we reach حياة بليس دبي الرقة before check in time. Ms. Victoria she welcomed and treated us in a very professional way. And she gave me room as soon as she can. Her service is excellent. She is really worth to this property. Room was cool and service too. Breakfast was not bad. and thank you Mr. Martin for the quick responses. My family has enjoyed the stay. Thank you folks. Cheers 🥂

The property was extremely well maintained, very clean and beautifully made ! the rooms were pretty spacious with a sofa cum bed in every room ! the breakfast was really very good. We eat jain food, keeping our dietary restrictions in mind the حياة بليس دبي الرقة also prepared 2-3 jain meals for us ! enjoyed our 2 day stay here ! the حياة بليس دبي الرقة was also close to the metro station, thus making commute easier !

It was nice experience with family to stay in Hyatt Place. Enjoyed utilities and ambience. Staff was very co-operative, polite and helpful. Breakfast was good in overall stay and room dining service too was efficient. Plus, it was so easy check in and check out process; even they accommodated our request for late check out. Would certainly recommend to stay in their suite category particularly with family.
