Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle

I recently stayed at a Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle during the ed holidays and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was a bit hectic due to the holiday rush, with a long queue of guests waiting to be attended to. It seemed like the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was not fully prepared to handle the influx of guests during this busy period. The staff at the reception could have been more patient and better trained to handle the increased number of guests. Despite the rush, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to complete the check-in process. This was a bit disappointing as efficient and courteous service at the reception is an important aspect of any Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle stay. However, the room service at the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was surprisingly fast. Requests for additional amenities and room cleaning were promptly attended to, which was a positive aspect of my stay. The rooms themselves were nice and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. However, i noticed that the carpet and sofa in the room were a bit dirty, which was a downside. The breakfast at the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was limited in terms of options. There were not many choices available, which was disappointing considering it was an important meal of the day. This was an area that could be improved upon to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. The location of the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was also a bit far from most of the attractions, which could be inconvenient for those looking to explore the city. However, one positive aspect for families with kids was the presence of a kids' water park. The kids thoroughly enjoyed this facility, which made the stay enjoyable for them. In conclusion, my stay at the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle during the ed holidays had its ups and downs. While the check-in process was hectic and the reception staff could have been more patient and better trained, the room service was fast, and the rooms were spacious albeit with some cleanliness issues. The limited breakfast options and the distant location from attractions were downsides, but the presence of a kids' water park made it a great place for families with children. I hope the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle takes note of the areas that need improvement and makes necessary changes for a better guest experience in the future.

The Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Besides that the breakfast buffet was super tasty and had a lot of varieties and the staff always come and ask us if we need anything specially Faisal he was very helpful and hospitable. Overall we had a nice stay and my kids enjoyed the splash park and the pool. The only thing it was very crowded but i think because of the good quality and affordable prices. Definitely not the last time. Thank you 🫰🏼

When we checked in, there was a subtle smell of smoke in the non smoking room. The staff were courteous enough to give me a new room which smelled good. The buffet breakfast was awesome with a good spread. Room was clean as expected. The road to the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle was under repair so had to take a long cut. Overall enjoyed the stay with my mom and will recommend the property. Cheers!

Food was less variety, location was great and easy to reach and near lots of malls, facilities was wonderful as all the kids enjoyed the splash park and swimming pool it will be great if they can heat the water of swimming pool and splash area, kids room needs more arrange as all toys was scattered and no nanny or someone to look to the kids

It was wonderful experience, kids enjoyed a lot in the pool area. Staff also so cooperative specially mr shiroz he has given us excellent customer service really appreciate. About location it’s good too, viva supermarket just near to Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle so nothing to worry.

Very nice Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle but it's so busy during checkout time and the lifts are not enough to all guests however still its nice Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle with amazing swimming pool and kids pool are very recommended for families.

Hotel is nice and decent, staff is good, just it takes a lot of time to service when you book during weekends the Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle is mostly full and have to even wait for lifts but otherwise very peaceful stay

The experience was excellent and impressive. The food, especially the dinner selection, was outstanding. Everything was delicious and flavorful, and the breakfast was also very good.👌👌👌👌

The stay was great in general… in the swimming Pool, kids play Area and the restaurant, the employees were welcoming

Excellent stay. 100% recommend this Novotel Jumeirah Village Triangle especially for parents with toddlers. Breakfast was great as well.

The location is slightly away from the hustle bustle of the city but it is very accessible to all the tourist spots and very close to office. The food, amenities and services are excellent.

Everything is good but elevator has more waiting time. And in room carpet is dirty. Other things are good.
