I booked the room with double bed & breakfast but when i checkin then reception guy refuse that the breakfast in our plan, after lots of discussion and i show him the physical copy of my booking then he call someone and at last after half an hour he accept it and then he give me a key of room in fifth floor. I go to my room with my luggage of three bags then surprise to see the room, it is a very small room with a single small bed, after lots of hurdle they again change my room to double standard room which i had originally booked, the whole process takes a hour time and they have no porter or luggage handler. I stay there for a week and everyday the same breakfast in buffet and no variety for the vegetarian. The cleaniness is bad and due to the heathrow airport, every time a loudness comes from the aircrafts.

I am very much thankful to Park Grand Heathrow manager Mr. Mandar as I got upgraded room for our stay. Mr. Mandar, Noopur, jeslyon and rest staff behavior was so good that initially we booked room for 3 nights only to check the facilities but after staying here we again booked for 6 more nights due to excellent behavior of staff and facilities in Park Grand Heathrow. All together Park Grand Heathrow is very very good. Great location with walking distance from Hounslow central/east station and bus stop just opposite to Park Grand Heathrow. Neat and clean property with room and bathroom size very good as compared with other 4/5 star Park Grand Heathrows.

I received good hospitality from reception staff. Staffs were very supportive in terms of guidance and way out to be in London since it was a new city for me. They did guide me very well. Accommodation looks very crampy within the room, I mean rooms are too small.

The Park Grand Heathrow staff is very much co-operative. Room services are excellent. Cleanliness is well maintained. Hotel is near Heathrow Airport. Tube train and bus connectivity is too good. The Park Grand Heathrow is the Best place to enjoy London.

As it is very near to the airport and underground station is also very near hardly 5 mins walk.
Overall experience was excellent. The location of the Park Grand Heathrow is perfect, very near to Heathrow Airport. Looking forward to stay again.
