Highly recommended it’s not centre of yerevan but very close to the city and good place to stay. Excellent

The two (martin and the female) receptionist are very helpful and very good. Location is very good very near to all you need. Breakfast was great. Facilities is great and very clean. I will come back and stay again in deluxe hotel.

The breakfast is repeated everyday there is no spa, no swimming pool no bar nor barbeque as mentioned the blonde hair receptionist is very rude if you ask for any item to be sent to your room she will ask you to come down and pick it yourself another receptionist with pink hair is very kind and polite. She helped us and guided us very well and patiently being a hotel where tourists come and stay i advise them to add jet spray in every washroom as different nationalist comes and stays there
