Hotel is worth the money.. Stayed 5 days.. Nice service. Basic facilities are there like tv, nice double bed, microwave refrigerator clean rooms.. Nearby shops are Night Owl & one supermart. To go city, Bus stop available around 300 walk ( grove street ). Nearby shops are, pizzahut, laundry.. Will stay again. No problems at all.. Plan the day as per the bus timetable as it's easy to catch the bus( public transport).

Family studio! Art of stuffing family in tiny room

We booked a family studio where was we were provided a tiny room stuffed with a queens bed and a kids bunk bed. After placing these 2 beds there was barely a place to keep foot in room. Just because a room has a bed and a bunk bed doesn't make it a family studio. Pool was locked very early and had a lock. Every time you need to use it you have to request at reception. We were provided a room on the 1st floor despite knowing we were with kids, we had to carry stroller in hands every time we needed to move out of room. Services were poor as we placed a tag to "tidy our room" all they did was to lay the bedsheet again on bed again. Towels were not replaced, bunk bed were not done, floors were not cleaned. Infact whole bathroom floor was sticky after they left, not sure what they spilled. May be washed bathroom floor with kitchen gel !! God knows
