The location was xcellent, right next to the happening place on surfers paradise. The metro stop was just 100m. From the hotel. The hotel has nice views and service was, good
Location was central, amenities were also very good. Service was superb, the staff was really considerate of their guests and their needs. The food options in in-room dining were limited for vegetarians. But plenty of food places around to eat.

Excellent view. And good sized rooms. But pantry would be recommended. We had 2 adjoining rooms for family. And internal connecting door would have been great. Few rooms can be done this way during renovation. Also washing machine, dinning. Pantry can be added to family rooms

1) coles in nearby so bring water bottles and other eating stuff. 2) bows is nearby so you can get the hard drinks you want. 3) beautiful beach 2 min walk. 4) take breakfast next to the beach avoid booking with breakfast room. 5) good indian restaurants options.

We reached hotel at 11 am and ask for early check in. They give us only one room and charged extra. They tell us we upgrade your one room but at the time of check out charged extra from us.

Amazing hotel and location with surfers paradise just 2 mins walk, the hotel has good breakfast and rooms are clean. We were upgraded to the 25th floor of the hotel with sea view room staff is helpful, will recommend visiting again.

Fantastic hotel, great service, superb view from the room, located in heart of Gold Coast, so many restaurants and hang out points near by. Every thing is perfect and I had a great stay overall.

It was a marvelous experience. We have been given a room in 34th floor and the view of the Sea was really great and felt like staying in the hotel forever.

Staff is so cool they provide me early check-in with complimentary shampion as I was on honeymoon. Ambiance food is also good.

The beach is right behind

Overall experience was excellent. However only one concern which was the Wi-Fi service. They give you free WiFi access for 1 day and the other days it's a paid service which was little surprising to us considering novotel as one of the good hotels

Everything was perfect, I could not find out any fault. Travel desk is guiding us with parental care. Reception desk is welcoming and respecting us like VIP. Room are very clean and spacious. Simply superb. Very big thank you to MakeMyTrip.

A. Xcellent location; good rooms with good reception by arzoo ( very pleasant check in ) and housekeeping by dona ( very efficient ) beach, trams, buses, shopping mall all next door. B. No drinking water provided which is painful on check in day; glass divider of shower cubicle too small so water keeps on flooding the bathroom. Ajay chaudhry
