Excellent location but services could improve

Excellent central location in Surfers Paradise. Things that could be improved upon are: 1) Room cleanliness 2) WiFi. Initially, I did face issues with room cleanliness but the same was only addressed post I met a senior person who was incharge for the same. I do admit post that there were no issues observed. I would not mind staying at Vibes again.

One of the best Vibe Hotel Gold Coasts we stayed at in our Australia trip. The staff was very helpful and did everything possible ti help us. I became sick and had to spend most of the time at reception but staff made all possible arrangements and guided in the best possible manner for attractions, sight seeing, doctor etc.

Had a very good stay at Vibe. Stayed for a couple of days got a room on the 20th level, facing the Nerang River. I would definitely come back here and would suggest this place to others as well. The staff are very friendly and are informative as well. The room one of the best rooms I have stayed for this price. Great going.

Great view from the room. Nice and cozy beds. Friendly staff. Overall a nice place to stay and totally worth the money you pay. Just that do not expect an early check in. That wont happen. The Vibe Hotel Gold Coast is located in one of the best areas in Gold coast with all that you would like to see being 5 mins away.

First things first, great location ! 5 min walk to the beach and our room had a back water view. Large spacious rooms, 24x7 reception. Helpful and warm staff. Very quick housekeeping and room service. Nice pool and poolside cafe with jacuzzi with happy hour. We booked 2 rooms & thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay..

Perfect location, great room and property overall. Breakfast was quite good and substantial too. However, staff were not very welcoming and felt quite cold. Very close to the bus stops for all the theme parks - so just perfect for a touristy stay on the Gold Coast.
