Easy check in, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Shower head was broken and was wrapped with duct tap, there was no shampoo or conditioner.

The lack of a lift made access a bit difficult with handling of luggage, however hotel staff were willing to assist. Our fault for not checking if a lift was available, we should have have known better because we are both a bit 'creaky' in the knees.

The room smelt like an alcoholic had died in it the night before with an underlying smell of sewage. I had to leave the window open all night to be able to sleep in the room. The outside over night temp was 9 degrees

Old style hotel with reasonable room size, good for short overnight stay. Parking is not so good. Various restaurants nearby in walking distance.

Hotel is old and run down. People fighting and banging in the hallways all night. This hotel didn’t feel very safe. When checking in we saw a cockroach run down the wall. Walked into our room and it smelt of sewerage. Not the best and wouldn’t be back unless we were desperate.

Comfortable clean room in a central location with plenty of unmetered free parking in the street. The rooms are upstairs via an external staircase. Decent bathroom. Nothing glamorous but great value. I have stayed here 3 times.
