Very nice rooms, expansive foyer, great welcome and conduct of the staff, a sure for me place any time. A true heat regency culture and hospitality.

My booking was not reflected in the hotel's system. They were not even aware of this booking. I had to wait in the hotel lobby for around 30min, to get things sorted out. Although, all though this, the hotel staff was courteous to me.
