    Most wrist and bad hotel i even visit in my entire lif

    The experience with the hotel is terrible with all of it's service. Even most of the staffs not respond to anything which you asked. Room is too dirty and also the dust is coming continuously from air conditioning vent all the time. I feel like getting asthma. They even not provided the toothpaste and brush and when we requested they informed that they don't have stocks and it will come in june. Room telephone also not working even after complaining to reception 3 times. Most of the staffs are not friendly. Even i requested to arrange a cake for birthday that also they can't do. Electric jug is not working properly, washroom don't have body-soap and shampoo. Also the internet is too bad and hard to open even google search using hotel internet. Complained for internet also and no response. This is horrible. I never expected such booking from makemytrip being so loyal customer to them from more than 10 years. Need my money refund back for this booking
