Excellent hotel especially the staff is very warm and welcoming. The location is little outside the city centre however the transportation is good and very accessible.

i loved the hotel. staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and big. the breakfast was also decent with good options. the location for hotel is also good. it is near a station so commuting is easy.
The hotel is very accessible from the highway.
All the convenience stores are nearby.
Hotel has brochures for all nearby attractions which helped.
Manager was very cooperative, didn’t objected for use of Microwave oven.

I found the property on make my trip, and got all the amenities and services as per mm t and the hotel is near by bus stop so you can exploring the city without any hussle
Very nice hotel with in budget. Room are very spacious, very surprising in Europe. Clean linen, helpful front desk, free internet 24 hours, the list is end. The hotel is fairly new and is about 15-20 minutes drive from city centre of Salzburg. They have free Wi-Fi. The rooms are compact but comfortable. They don't have Bath tub. Sleep quality is excellent. Breakfast spread is good. Their service levels are good.

High handed staff. The person Homud Mohammad on the front desk had the cheek to practically coerce us into hiring another taxi when we had our own car with driver, under the guise that he is a guide. Their toaster was out of order, we had to eat cold breads. The staff was high handed and unsmiling in the restaurant. Terrible experience.
