Thank you mehman, sabina & nijat for responding to all my emails related to all the clarifications. You guys are great and, indeed, i love marriott and the service. Special mention is the front desk representative, hassan, who helped me with the check-in and i must say he has some perfect skills, customer service skills. I loved the Courtyard By Marriott Baku location, the vibe, the surroundings, the coffee, the backyard restaurant(i enjoyed the football match too) and all the amenities provided inside the room, from tv for my kid to a great wardrobe and the bathing kits. Thank you guys for your service and, indeed, we will meet again very soon. The best part about this Courtyard By Marriott Baku is the location on top of everything and the kids loved the beautiful classic red-colored taxi ride to the airport last night and, thanks to mr. Safdar for driving smoothly, and you are a good person with 24 years of driving experience. Wow! god bless you and everyone and i request marriott to pass this feedback to all the individuals as a good gesture towards my time spent in the Courtyard By Marriott Baku and in writing this review.

Location 5 stars - located in the center of the city walking distance to most of the locations of interest. Amenities - the rooms are good and spacious except the rooms on the 7th floor which are cramped. Service- front desk people are helpful but not very courteous. Housekeeping is not good one has to repeatedly ask for small things like water, tea and coffee supplies tissues in the room. Housekeeping staff were in general very good but most couldn't understand english. The gastropub was very good and a cool place to hang out. Request for late check out and storage of luggage was done gracefully and smoothly. Overall the experience was good though housekeeping can be improved upon.

The location of the Courtyard By Marriott Baku is very good, nizami street were only 5 min away by car and 15 min walking. All the city attractions were just 10- 15 min away. The road below has mutiple shops cafes which is super convient. The super market bravo is in the same bldg. The food options were limited. We had in room dining, but the food served was cold and not upto the mark. All the service staff were helpful. Our room were twin bed. But it was big room. The breakfast menu all widely spread, specifically their variety of food, even they kept options like poha, rajma etc, but quality was not like indian one overall happy with stay

I stayed for 4 days, the property is excellent, the view from the Courtyard By Marriott Baku is mesmerising, the staff is friendly and very helpful, specially mirza stationed at front office, he helped us out beyond his job description, helped us with sightseeing tours, communicating with the taxis drivers and also helped in commuting to quba, i would recommend people who are visiting to bake for the first time should stay in courtyard marriott as i found it to be quite satisfying stay thanks mirza thanks bonvoy for making our trip perfect

We have stayed there for two times one from 15th to 18th march and then from 20th to 22nd march. Hotel is very nice and centrally located. Restaurant staff and food was very good. Lots of vegetarian items available. Room is nice and specious. I am giving 4 star instead of 5 star because check in at first time was pathetic. It was a long flight from delhi to baku, we reached there around late night 1 a. M. , was very tired and the reception guy taken almost 45 minutes to check in. Second time check in was very smooth.

The Courtyard By Marriott Baku location is excellent, close to the major attractions which are just 10 mins walking distance. The rooms and property are excellent and well maintained. Only issue - they don’t charge any consumables to the room and all payments even for food need to be cleared on spot which is a bummer.

From the moment we arrived at the Courtyard By Marriott Baku the staff were really helpful specially ramal at the front desk and also niko who helped us. The location is also very close to the city center. Nizami street is only 10 mins away. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Location 8/10 - a bit of walking and crossing os street via under ground tunnel to reach nizami area. Staff : 8/10 courteous and friendly, but a bit over worked and short staffed. Huseyn at lobby, friendly and helpful with a smile.
