Best location and wonderful staff. They are probably best hospitality staff in azerbaijan compare to all other properties we stayed in azerbaijan (baku, shahdag, gabala)

Stayed in many Holiday inn before, but Holiday inn Baku is definitely the best of the lot. Sizable rooms, All Amenities, Cleanliness, Hospitality everything was top notch. Highly reccomendable. Also Currency exchange ATM machine within the hotel is Cherry on Top 😊

Our stay at holiday inn, bake was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is located a short taxi ride to nizami street and has a whole lit of bars & eateries in it's surrounds making it very convenient if one wishes to step out. The food at the hotel is tasty and affordable. My only grouse is the mattresses need to ve more firm. Every morning, got up with a back ache. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with good quality (dove) soap, shampoo & conditioner. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful !

Nice hotel for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Vegetarian options (poha and upma. Live egg station and great spread of breads and fresh fruits, vegetables and spread. One challange we faced was regarding the room cleaning. We specifically marked to make our room but the same was not made till evening. But was later cleaned after our request. All in all, recommended stay.
