First the service - it’s the best, courteous to the highest degree are each and every member of the staff. The food served is good and the waiters cater to your personal dietary requirements as all good hotels do. The reception, managers, housekeepers, waiters, drivers, etc always go the extra mile to help you. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dhaka. Must make a special mention of a front office personnel simon, for going the extra mile in helping find different atms that would accept my international debit card, so after duty hours he walked for about 4 kms with me searching for the right atm for me to withdraw cash. I must also mention the senior manager (sohim) for helping find a location to print my business cards, the gentleman personally accompanied me. Overall the rating according to me is beyond all stars that could be graded.
