Horrible experience at hotel shalimar international

Requesting all not to book this hotel. First of all, when i arrived at reception, they outright denied booking. After 1 and a half hours of waiting, i got room. Thank god i had international roaming in my phone which saved me. I called make my trip from bangladesh and was able to resolve the issue with their help. I believe debabrata from make my trip called me back and asked the hotel to check their accounts which they were hiding to take additional money from me. Finally they agreed to provide room. I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The colors in the wall at ceiling was coming off. In breakfast next morning they charged additional money for tea which was supposed to come along with the breakfast as complementary. When i complained about it, the next day they waived of charge for tea which comes along with breakfast. I was shocked to have such an experience. I will request everyone not to book this hotel.
