Centrally located everything s are in walk-able distance. Brussels central railway Station is hardly 10 minutes walking distance.

Close to the city center- walkable distance to the square and palace. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. A bit pricey - not sure if it’s because of the war.

Good location in City center near by Grand place, shopping area and train stations. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Less options for vegetarians though.

Good well maintained hotel, close to the city centre. Staff at the hotel was efficient and helpful. Rooms were quite good. Free WiFi in the rooms was a big help. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was decent. Recommended for short stays.

Not satisfied with overall facilities & services. Had to wait for more than 90 minutes to get my room even after check-in time
The physical rooms are clean and spacious for other hotels in Brussels. The location of the hotel allows you to access all the major attractions. The reception staff was terrible, was a major detractor for the hotel. No empathy and robotic. They need to fix this in accordance with the other facilities.
