Not worth the price for a suite

No water, coffee or tea kettle in the suite room is shocking. We had requested for an early check-in by 12 noon and also emailed the hotel but no one replied. We reached the hotel at 12 and were asked to wait until 2. Even at 2 our room wasn't ready yet and finally got room around 2:30. Reception staff was also rude and unwelcoming.
