The chrome hotel @ downtown montreal is a mixed bag. Location is premium, walking distance from most of the touristy sites. Housekeeping is a bit messed up. I tried and got the extra lights in the room fixed, did not happen. The housekeeping staff could not fix it. Neat and clean, wifi is good too. No frills hotel. Don’t expect too much. Front office staff are a bit hung up too.

Hotel chrome is good hotel right in downtown area and very accessible. Well kept and value for money. But there is no breakfast included.

The stay was extremely bad. The room was very dirty and smiley. The staff was not polite and was not ready to give the services.
