The stay here was good and staff was very cooperative. Tha location is also excellent. Overall i am satisfied with the hotel as well as amenities provided by property. I will recommend this property to others who is willing to stay in toronto.

very bad experience with this hotel. Unprofessional behaviour 0 on the name of hospitality. Nobody would help you with your luggage even if it is kind of 3-4 bags. Unprofessional and rude housekeeping staff doesn’t change your linens even if there is stain and shouts on us stating its your mistake you should have changed it yesterday. When i confronted the for stains she said u must have put the stains now. Also claims that if you make mess in the room you have to clean it great why am i paying you if i am supposed to do all of these things. Very bad breakfast no change at all same everyday and its just have 3 variety of bread with jam, peanut butter, boiled egg, juice and kelogs. Never would i recommend this hotel to anybody no respect for guest at all. Very boas stay for a first ever visit to canada

Location was good but not so nice as we needed, food quality is like hell. Worst service it like no newspaper and breakfast is like cup of tea. Like small peanut.
