We reserved 2 rooms that were to be paid separately and they said it would be done on checkout but they didn’t do it and had already processed the checkout the next morning. Classic comfort in mn with paper thin walls that allow the sound threw the walls and not ver sound proof

Room 130 is clean but with no sliding exit door. More like a corner of the hotel is the room. I also booked a room with 2 queen beds and was confirmed But it turns out that it only has 1 queen bed. The receptionist said no more rooms. I told him but I booked and got confirmed with 2 queen beds. So I decided to take it since I was told that there wasn’t any more rooms available.

This hotel needs to be totally renovated. The location is perfect but the furniture way past its prime. Bathroom need a renovation as well as the reception.

A l’arrivée on eu une chambre 2 lits queen comme on avait demandé. Cependant la tapisserie était décollée sur environ 28 pouces et on pouvait voir qu’en dessous il y avait des champignons. Le côté d’un des lits était sale p. On aurait dit qu’il y avait eu de la vomissure qui avait mal été nettoyée. Dans l’autre lit il y avait des cheveux. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre et on nous en a donné une autre avec des lits doubles car semble il il n’y en avait pas avec lits queen. Dans cette chambre le frigo faisait un bruit de silement assez derangeant. Coucher 3 personnes dans un lit double c’est assez difficile. Ma petite fille de 10 ans bouge beaucoup et comme le lit n’est pas large elle est tombée du lit en pleine face. Que dire du couvre plancher. Du tapis qui n’a pas l’air d’avoir été nettoye. Après une nuit nous étions decourages et il nous restait encore 2 nuits. Nous étions 4 mon mari qui a 81 ans moi 71 ans mon fils et ma petite fille. Nous sommes retournés à la réception pour leur dire notre insatisfaction. C’était une autre réceptionniste et nous a dit qu’elle trouverait une autre chambre cet nous a demandé de lui laisser le temps. Au prix que nous avons payé 850$ pour 3 nuits c’est excessivement cher pour ce que nous avons eus. Elle nous a trouvé une autre chambre du même côté que la première que nous avions eus. Mon fils et mon mari sont allés vérifier la chambre avec la dame et mon gils à tout de suite vu un très gros champignon dans un coin de plafond
