Great value for money & courteous staff

Location: Parks, departmental stores, restaurants, tram & bus stations are all within 2 - 3 minutes walking. 10 minutes tram ride to the Old town/ Prague 1. Room: Very neat, enough space, well lit, good bed, adequate toiletries. Service: Very helpful and courteous staff. The lady at the front desk deserves a special mention (forgot her name). Staff speak English. Facilities: Free Wi-Fi. Parking is available. Minibar, tea and coffee kits available in the rooms. However, the Hotel Carlton does not have a restaurant - only breakfast is provided. The management might need to look into it in the future. Value for money: For the price you pay, excellent! Would certainly recommend.

We stayed at Carlon Hotel Carlton for 1 night since we had to travel to Austria the next day. The Hotel Carlton is conveniently located 5 minutes from the tram station. The checkin experience was great and the lady helped us with city tour details as well (maps and tram lines leading to major attractions). The room was very good and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was decent and had a nice selection of food.
Decent hotel at a good location

It is a decent Hotel Carlton at a good location. Being very close to the tram station Lipanska, one can easy move anywhere in the city from here. The staff at the reception are very cooperative and cleanliness absolutely top class. The breakfast in Hotel Carlton is quite good. I very much liked the Hotel Carlton and will stay there again when I visit Prague next.

The rooms were quite big. The staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful. They themselves told us how to get to the old town, which trams to take and what all places to see in Prague. The only problem was with electric points because all the sockets were located behind the tables or beds. The Hotel Carlton should change their positions.
Located at a great location, very near to old Town, 20 minutes walk or you can take a tram which is 2mins away. Amazing food and staff. Very clean room and toilet

I stayed there for 2 nights and it was my birthday, the Hotel Carlton management and staff is so generous that they gave me a bottle of champagne and a birthday wish letter. They really made it a special one. The Hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and knows english. Overall an amazing place to stay.
A wonderful vacation

The Hotel was worth the money as well the amenities and add to that the lovely food at breakfast. Very well connected via city tramps and a very close by stop as well. Add to that the Hotel Carlton location isn't very far off from the main square. All in all a perfect stay at the picturesque Prague.

An excellent location, close to main attractions. There is a little noise from outside, but it doesn't disturb a lot. A tram stop nearby, there is a supermarket just on the opposite side of the street. The reception is great. They even open a breakfast parlor earlier than 7 am if you need.

The Hotel Carlton location is good, just a 15-minute tram ride from the old Town Square. Well kept. Good breakfast. Day tickets for the tram were available at the reception. Air-conditioned rooms. A bit dim-lit, though. Overall, very good.

We were very happy with the reception staff who helped us with Prague City travel pass, currency exchange. The Hotel Carlton location is very close to the main railway station Praha in. Also, tram Station is close by. Just 10-15 mins to main tourist spots. The rooms are large, spacious!

Hotel is close to the main train and bus Station. With great tram connectivity, it is a great place to stay and still be able to travel the whole of Prague. Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Rooms could have been bigger but its not that big of an issue

It was a very pleasant stay. Room was big and clean. Location is a little far from center but is very will connected from trams. Breakfast was also very good. Had good Veg options. Hotel also sell day tram pass, which was a big help. Also arranged for taxi to airport on request.
